    What we expect from you


    D. Miller & Associates, PLLC is seeking an experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Case Manager to join our Pre-Litigation Department. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive professional with strong medical development experience who can effectively manage personal injury cases throughout the treatment phase while maintaining excellent client communication and case progression.


    Experience handling commercial/high-value injury cases will place candidates at the front of the line.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage an active personal injury caseload

    • Coordinate medical treatment and provider communication

    • Monitor treatment progress and follow up with clients regularly

    • Order and review medical and billing records

    • Confirm insurance coverage and liability information

    • Maintain accurate case updates and documentation in Filevine

    • Ensure files move efficiently and deadlines are met

    • Communicate professionally with clients, providers, and internal staff

    Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of Plaintiff Personal Injury Case Management experience preferred

    • Strong medical development experience REQUIRED

    • Experience handling commercial/trucking/high-value cases strongly preferred

    • Filevine experience preferred

    • Strong organizational and communication skills

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

    What we expect from you


    We are seeking a full-time Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to join our growing legal team. The ideal Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal candidate will be responsible for administering legal and operational aspects of managing a healthy personal injury caseload. Candidates should be able to manage and coordinate with the department leadership and attorney as this role helps to develop, implement, and supervise efficient procedures designed to successfully handle critical levels of department caseload. Qualified candidates must possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills and a professional appearance. Candidates must also thrive under pressure when talking with clients and be charismatic.


    Qualifications:

    Personal Injury legal experience: 2+ years (Required)Paralegal experience: 2+ years (Required)High School Diploma or equivalent.Paralegal Certification or AA in Paralegal StudiesExperience and willingness to file cases in Federal Court. (strong consideration will be given to those with experience filing in various Federal Courts.)Experience with case management and document managementfamiliarity with medical treatment.Communicate professionally with insurance adjusters, opposing counsel, experts, and court personnel knowledge of Texas state and federal Rules of Civil Procedure File petitions, prepare responses and objections to discovery, draft motions calendar deadlines, schedule depositions, retain experts, schedule mediations draft trial prep documents, prepare trial notebooks, organizing exhibits
