    The new Cumberland Crystal Atrium Resort is an upscale, resort-style STR community opening in downtown Nashville. We are hiring professional, reliable Security Officers to join our team.

     

    Responsibilities:

    Patrol resort grounds, common areas, and parking structuresGreet guests at our gatehouse and verifying detailsMonitor entrances, guest floors, and amenitiesRespond to incidents and provide guest assistanceWrite clear incident and shift reportsMaintain a professional and welcoming presence at all timesSupport a safe, secure environment for guests & staff

     

    Requirements:

    Position Overview

    Location: The New Cumberland, Nashville, TN

    Job Type: Full‐Time

     

    About the Role

    We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer‐focused Livery Driver to operate our resort shuttle bus and provide exceptional transportation service to guests. This role is the first and last impression many guests will have — so professionalism, warmth, and safety are essential.

     

    THIS IS NOT PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION DRIVING. Experience based on this alone will not be accepted (WeGo, Uber, Lyft, taxis, school buses, etc). We are looking for experienced drivers of tour buses, long-distance passenger buses, limo drivers, & the like.

     

    Key Responsibilities

    Safely operate a resort shuttle bus on scheduled routes and on‐demand guest transportProvide a welcoming, personable experience for all guestsAssist guests with luggage and boarding as neededMaintain a clean, comfortable, and well‐presented shuttle vehicleFollow all DOT, state, and resort safety regulationsCommunicate clearly with resort staff regarding schedules, delays, or guest needsPerform basic vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues promptly

     

    Required Qualifications

    3+ years of livery driving experienceCDL Class B with Passenger (P) Endorsement (OR the ability to obtain the endorsement prior to start date)Strong customer service skills and a personable, guest‐oriented demeanorClean driving record and strong safety awarenessAbility to lift luggage and assist guests as neededReliable, punctual, and able to work weekends or evenings as required

     

    Preferred Qualifications

    Experience in hospitality, resort operations, or guest‐facing transportationKnowledge of local routes, attractions, and hospitality standards
