    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
    Provide support to the administrative team and campus staff which results in a school culture that practices building and maintaining positive relationships with all students. Provide support to teachers for iXplore and Lexmark scanning processes and data retrieval and reports through Cognos and/or iXplore. Collaborate with the director of instruction and other campus personnel to distribute and analyze disaggregated achievement data, including but not limited to District Progress Monitoring tests (DPM) and the State of Texas Academic Assessment Readiness (STAAR). Maintain, according to current district procedures, electronic databases necessary to track, document, and monitor individuals and targeted groups of students who did not meet expectations on the STAAR and DPMs. Submit electronic databases and provide information or reports sorted by targeted groups, programs, or interventions as requested by the principal, director of instruction, and/or coordinator of secondary programs and services. Assist in the identification of students for curricular intervention programs such as, but not limited to, READ 180, Reading Workshop, Reading Improvement, or Math Lab. Work with campus personnel to monitor attendance, progress reports, report cards, and assessment data (such as DPMs) for at-risk students and to facilitate interventions. Coordinate and/or facilitate the implementation of interventions for individual and targeted groups of students. Record and/or monitor the attendance of students in the interventions.     MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

    Collaborate with other CTE Curriculum Coordinators to:
    Determine and manage priorities to ensure the attainment of district and department goals and objectives as related to the career ?elds. Coordinate the development, review, and update of CTE-related curriculum documents and materials, including curriculum guides, course outlines, scopes and sequences, and grading plans. Develop and coordinate a continuing evaluation of programs within the Career & Technical Education Department, utilizing teacher committees along with existing and new business partnerships, and implement changes based on the ?ndings. Review CCMR data related to CTE and support campuses in increasing the number of CTE program of study completers and industry-based certi?cations earned. Implement the policies established by federal and state law, State Board of Education rule, and local board policy in the area of career & technical education. Compile, maintain, and ?le all physical and computerized reports, records, and other documents. Compile and administer career & technical education budgets based upon documented program needs and ensure that programs are cost-e?ective, and funds are managed wisely. Coordinate the purchase of equipment and supplies, and initiate purchase orders, quotes, and bids in accordance with budgetary limitations and district policies. Prepare and deliver sta? development related to best practices in both industry and education, emphasizing alignment with career & college readiness. Observe classroom instruction and provide feedback and assistance to classroom teachers to facilitate improvement and innovation. Work with teacher committees to organize and maintain curriculum materials. Assist with the selection of instructional materials for CTE courses. Coordinate and manage opportunities for students to participate in activities/competitions and/or achieve certi?cations, allowing them to demonstrate skills that exemplify industry standards. Attend professional growth activities to keep abreast of innovations in education and industry. Collaborate with teams across Secondary Curriculum and Instruction to support and reinforce district-wide goals. Continually maintain and demonstrate an attitude consistent with the concept and goal of achieving outstanding customer service levels and customer satisfaction. Perform other duties as assigned by the Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum and Instruction and Director of Career & Technical Education.     ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
    Serve as part of the transportation Department call center team and provide a positive customer experience to all callers. Answer and return phone calls in a timely and efficient manner, including assisting callers or transfers calls accordingly. Follow-up on all transferred calls and cases to ensure they are closed in an appropriate time frame. Communicate effectively and professionally with all transportation centers to assist callers. Utilize transportation systems and software to locate buses on the road, review student swipes, and assess bus arrival/departure times. Demonstrate compassion and empathy for callers during difficult conversations and utilize customer service training to deescalate situations as necessary. Demonstrate knowledge of district and department events and important dates. Review documents and data for accuracy, ensure proper grammar is utilized in final submission of documents. Ensure number of callers assisted is consistent with calls received by other customer service representatives. Analyze department shared drive and communicate bus routes and bus numbers to appropriate personnel and individuals. Accurately and concisely document all pertinent caller information. Provide support to campuses needing to update student information or obtain student activity. Assist parents and guardians with transportation department technology software, including, but not limited to, student bus locator, student campus locator, student identification badges, and parent student verification applications. Pull reports from GPS software as required. Obtain reports from daily call log and prepare necessary key performance indicator (KPI) information. Monitor and respond to Transportation emails located on the district website in a timely and professional manner. Assist at other CFISD Transportation Centers or work as a backup for other customer care representatives as required. Strict adherence to District/department confidentiality policies and guidelines. Place calls on behalf of other CFISD departments as necessary. Process and scan department documents between calls and during down-time. Regular and reliable attendance is an essential job function. Serve as a special-needs attendant as needed. Perform other duties as assigned.
