Customer Service Representative
Coordinate and process orders for material or merchandise received by mail, email, fax, telephone or personally from customer or company employee, according to customers’ requirements, by performing the following duties.
Essential functions and responsibilities
Greet customers
Process in person, phone, electronic, and hard copy work orders
Provide information to customer regarding products, processes (software/hardware) and production turnaround times
Attempt to sell add-on or new services/merchandise to existing and previous customers
Inform customers of unit prices, shipping date, anticipated delays and any other information and customer needs
Enter jobs into computer system/first screen billing
Complete order forms
Examine original hard copy documents for completeness and defects
E-mail or call customer with questions regarding orders, when appropriate
Note problems with orders for production manager
Consult with estimator regarding cost and communicates information to customer . Follow estimating procedures for review/approval in various situations
Route supplies and material such as artwork, copy, digital files or prints to work areas to put job orders into production
Examine digital files for completeness and defects
Resolve problems with digital or obtains assistance from technical experts
Update customer throughout production to keep them informed of status of job
Refer questions regarding jobs in progress to the appropriate production manager
Monitor progress of job order throughout production, confer with employees at all levels of company
Follow-up on orders to ensure delivery by specific dates and times
Work with production, sales, shipping, warehouse, or common carrier personnel to expedite or trace missing or delayed shipments
Participate in ongoing company and other training to update technical skills and knowledge
Perform other tasks, duties or functions as directed

The Production Supervisor – Document Scanning & AI Operations is responsible for overseeing high-volume document scanning and digital conversion processes within a secure production environment. This role manages teams of 10–40+ employees per shift, ensuring operational efficiency, quality assurance, and adherence to production deadlines.
The position includes responsibility for emerging technology utilization, including Artificial Intelligence (AI)-enabled document processing, data capture, and workflow automation tools, supporting continuous improvement and innovation in scanning operations.
Essential Functions
Operations & Production Management
Oversee daily document scanning and imaging operations using production-grade equipment (Kodak, Fujitsu, Canon).Ensure achievement of production goals, turnaround times, and service level agreements (SLAs).Adjust scanner settings (DPI, contrast, feed controls) to ensure output meets quality standards.Monitor workflow to ensure high-volume data processing accuracy and compliance.Perform or oversee equipment maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Digital Processing
