    Seeking a highly motivated leadership-driven property manager to oversee an apartment community in Tulsa, Ok. Responsibilities include all aspects of apartment community management such as recruiting, training, and supervision of staff, leasing, marketing of the property, property projects, and working with the regional manager on all life safety issues that arise at the property to assure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.

    The qualified candidate will have 3+ years experience as a property manager in apartment community management. Must be customer service driven and computer literate with the ability to multi-task. We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package.

    Responsibilities

    Provide prompt and superior customer service to all residents, prospective residents, visitors and vendors·Rent collection and timely deposit of all rent payments & fees, including posting to resident ledgers·Conduct Market Surveys and provide recommendations to Regional Manager·Plan and execute marketing strategy to qualified sources to increase traffic to the community and/or property·Oversee and participate in leasing and renewal activities to maximize revenue and retention goals·Train, direct, motivate and develop property staff to ensure proper performance is obtained to achieve established goals·Follow established purchase order procedures to effectively manage and monitor expenditures as well as to ensure timely processing all invoicing without exception·Oversee maintenance in the preservation of the asset to include capital projects, unit turn policy compliance, and work order processing in addition to inspection of all units to ensure quality standards & resident complianceAll other duties as assigned

    About the Role

    We are seeking a dependable and motivated Maintenance Technician to support our residential communities during overnight hours in the Chicago market. This entry to mid-level role is responsible for responding to maintenance work orders, addressing after-hours emergencies, and ensuring our properties remain safe, compliant, and well-maintained.

    Position Summary:

    The In-House Recruiter owns full-cycle recruiting and pre-employment onboarding across the property management portfolio, supporting onsite property teams and corporate departments. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring for high-volume field roles (leasing, maintenance, property management, contact center) as well as corporate positions. The Recruiter partners closely with operations leaders to understand staffing needs, maintain pipeline visibility, and ensure positions are filled quickly with strong, culture-aligned candidates. This role is also responsible for drafting and issuing offer letters, managing background checks, and coordinating onboarding to ensure a seamless transition from candidate to new hire.

    This is a hands-on, fast-paced role suited for someone who is highly proactive, organized, and comfortable driving hiring forward without waiting for direction. The ideal candidate is comfortable building pipelines, reaching out directly to candidates, and staying ahead of staffing needs across the portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who takes full ownership of their requisitions, moves with urgency, and understands how hiring directly impacts business performance. Spanish fluency is required to effectively communicate with candidates and employees.

    Key Responsibilities

    Serve as the primary recruiting partner for assigned departments and properties, owning full-cycle recruiting from intake through onboarding and managing a high-volume requisition load with urgency and accountability. Run intake meetings with hiring managers to clarify role scope, timeline, and candidate profile before roles are posted.Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, local outreach, and industry networks rather than relying solely on inbound applicants.Build and maintain ongoing pipelines for high-turnover or frequently hired roles (leasing, maintenance, property staff, contact center).Screen resumes, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and field teams.Maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.Own recruiting reporting for assigned departments, providing visibility into hiring progress, aging roles, time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, source effectiveness, and pipeline health.Maintain accurate ATS data to ensure reliable reporting and compliance.Draft and issue offer letters in alignment with compensation guidelines and internal approvals.Initiate and monitor background checks and other pre-employment screenings, ensuring timely completion and compliance.Coordinate pre-employment documentation and onboarding steps to ensure first-day readiness.Ensure all hiring documentation is completed and stored appropriately in the ATS and employee files.Assist with job description updates, recruiting process improvements, and employer branding initiatives.

    Qualifications

    2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in property management, real estate, hospitality, retail, or other high-volume environmentsExperience managing multiple open roles simultaneously across different departments or locationsStrong organizational skills and ability to keep pipelines moving without heavy oversightComfort working directly with operations leaders and setting clear expectations on hiring timelinesStrong written and verbal communication skillsSpanish fluency requiredExperience using an applicant tracking system Ability to work in person from the Chicago office

    About the Role

    We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Custodian to support the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of our residential properties. This role plays a critical part in maintaining a safe, well-maintained, and welcoming environment for our residents.

    This is a hands-on position responsible for the daily upkeep of common areas, light maintenance support, seasonal groundskeeping, and snow removal. The Custodian is expected to take ownership of assigned properties, work independently, and respond promptly to work orders and property needs.

    This position requires travel between multiple properties throughout the day and participation in an on-call rotation to address after-hours emergencies. We are looking for someone who shows up consistently, works with urgency, and takes pride in maintaining high standards across every property they service.

    Essential Functions & Responsibilities

    Maintain cleanliness of assigned residential properties, including hallways, stairwells, basements, laundry rooms, and other common areasSweep, mop, scrub, and wax floorsOperate industrial cleaning equipment and toolsRemove trash, debris, and refuse from interior and exterior areasClean and disinfect restrooms and common-area fixturesWash interior windows, walls, and ceilings as neededPerform seasonal snow and ice removal from walkways and parking areasCut grass and assist with general groundskeepingPerform light maintenance tasks, including painting and minor repairsProvide basic pest control support as directedReset breakers and assist tenants when instructedOpen access areas (e.g., basement doors) for utility providers as directedComplete and close out work orders accurately and in a timely mannerTrack time properly using the company timekeeping systemFollow all company safety and security proceduresOccasionally assist with showing vacant units to prospective tenantsTravel between assigned properties throughout the workdayParticipate in an on-call rotation, including evenings and weekends as scheduled

    Requirements
