What you will be doing
Drive adoption of Cycle Pharmaceuticals leading rare disease therapies across hematology and oncology by engaging with physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff through face-to-face and virtual channels.Build awareness of rare disease conditions, therapeutic solutions, and the individualized support services available through Cycle Vita.Educate providers on prescribing pathways and work closely with our HUB team to streamline patient access to treatments.Identify, engage, and partner with key opinion leaders to support peer-to-peer education and community outreach.Lead territory-level execution of new product launches and marketing strategies to maximize reach and impact.Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Field Leadership to align on strategy and field insights.Ensure accurate CRM documentation, maintain compliance, and develop and deliver quarterly business plans tailored to your market dynamics.What you'll bring

What you will be doing:
Proactively engage clinics and healthcare providers through outbound prospecting (phone, email, video conferencing) and respond to inbound inquiries to build strong, lasting relationships.Educate physicians, dietitians, and nurses about rare diseases and Cycle's products through targeted selling, promotional activities, and educational efforts.Drive new daily contact generation, meet required talk-time expectations, and execute a quarterly territory business plan to support business growth.Qualify leads and opportunities using Cycle's structured sales methodologies and processes.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities, opportunities, and account information in our CRM system.Collaborate closely with Rare Disease Account Managers to coordinate territory activities and ensure seamless customer engagement.Provide feedback and insights to Marketing and Training teams on educational tools, messaging, and materials to enhance engagement efforts.Partner with Medical Affairs to support education initiatives as appropriate.Route non-sales or post-sales inquiries to the appropriate internal teams to ensure excellent customer support.Gather and report on field intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing trends, and market developments.Consistently adhere to all compliance standards and regulatory guidelines.Skills and experience that will help you to succeed in this position:

What you will be doing:
Create awareness about Cycle Pharma treatment options and the services that can be provided to support both HCPs and patients, through physician, nurse and office-based selling and promotional activity.Engage accounts and HCPs through a variety of mediums including phone, email, video conferencing, and face to face.Educate regarding prescribing process and support services when you help a customer identify a patient.Partner with our in-house HUB and wider patient support team to coordinate patient support. Coordinate community-based education through thought leaders when requested.Provide input to and collaborate with the Marketing departments and training teams regarding diagnosis, disease education and treatment education, tools and messages.Execute marketing programs and support medical meeting presence to communicate key messages.Collaborate with Medical Affairs on education and other initiatives when appropriate.Adhere to compliance guidelinesDevelop and execute quarterly territory business plan.Skills and experience that will help you to succeed in this position:
Pharmaceutical and/or specialty pharmacy sales experience in: Allergy & Immunology, Urology, and Neuromuscular disorders.Experience selling both biopharmaceutical products and services (Rare Disease sales experience is a plus)Proven field-based experience in biopharmaceutical industry and Hospital/Institutional sales experience.Confident at delivering results that meet targeted objectives.Experience with CRM systems, Outlook, ExcelProven ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams, proactively sharing information and insights.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsWillingness to travel > 70%Valid driver's license and clean driving record.What can we offer to you
