Position Overview
We are hiring a Network Service Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure and client servers for our managed clients and data center.
Key Responsibilities
Install and support switches, routers, firewalls, wireless networks, and serversTroubleshoot network, VoIP, and connectivity issuesSupport and maintain client servers in our data center and on-sitePerform on-site and remote support for clientsMonitor networks and servers using RMM toolsDocument work and provide excellent customer serviceRequirements
