    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a Registered Nurse with Wound Care Certification to provide high-quality care for patients with complex wounds. This role involves in-office work and home visits for wound care consults, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Assess and review wound care patients for the Home Care Program.
    Conduct wound, ostomy, and continence assessments, creating individualized care plans.
    Provide patient and family education on wound care, prevention, and treatment.
    Guide field nurses and perform field visits for skill evaluations.
    Write progress notes and ensure accurate documentation.
    Participate in quality improvement initiatives and compliance audits.
    Ensure adherence to state and federal home health regulations.
    Requirements:

    Trauma ICU RN - Nights (Travel Position)

    General Description:
    Under general supervision, the Trauma ICU Registered Nurse (RN) provides specialized nursing care to critically ill trauma patients in a Trauma 1 ICU setting. This position is for night shifts only, and requires candidates to have actual experience in a Trauma 1 ICU unit. Travel experience is also a requirement.

    Assume responsibility for an assigned group of critically ill trauma patients.
    Monitor and assess vital signs, including invasive hemodynamic monitoring, ventilator support, and other essential nursing interventions.

    Provide competent and compassionate care, ensuring accurate documentation of patient status and responses to treatment.
    Assist with diagnostic procedures and minor treatments under the direction of a physician.

    Assist physicians in performing diagnostic procedures and treatment of complex neurological conditions.

    Required Skills & Experience:

    Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Neuro ICU or critical care environment.
    Strong knowledge of neurological assessments, including monitoring intracranial pressure and other neuro-specific protocols.
    Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple critical care patients and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially with patients and families dealing with critical and complex conditions.
    Ability to maintain effective relationships with the healthcare team and adapt to different medical settings.
    Required Education:

    Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
    Preferred Education:

    Bachelor of Science (or higher) in Nursing from an accredited program.
    Required Certifications & Licensure:
