    Front Store Merchandising is the unit that defines the strategic direction and commercial programs that go into the CVS Health Front Store. We define assortments, develop exclusive brands, drive store experience, set prices, and define the business's promotional program.     We are seeking a highly motivated leader who is passionate about the beauty customer. This leader must be sales-oriented, committed to delivering a top-notch experience, and adept at maximizing brand and product education to drive sales and improve the customer experience. This leader must have experience managing diverse beauty sales teams, recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales multi-door sales teams.

    As a Senior Manager of Beauty Sales, you are excited about all things beauty and can create strategies that enable your teams to translate their passion for beauty into sales growth and exceptional customer experiences. The Senior Manager of Beauty is responsible for achieving outsized Beauty and Personal care sales in their applicable territory. The Senior Manager of Beauty Sales is responsible for developing a talent management strategy for their CVS Beauty Service teams, enhancing B&PC business value through tactical human resource planning and leading interdepartmental collaboration. You will provide management and strategic direction to a team of 4-8 Beauty Coordinators, the curators of the ultimate beauty experience in stores. The Sales Coordinators are tasked with ensuring all Beauty Sales Consultants have the skills and tools they need to drive selling, maximize customer engagement, and elevate product promotions and events. Your field organization also encompasses 60-150 Beauty Sales Consultants; the beauty sales focused team in our CVS Beauty Service program stores. You are the ambassador for the CVS Beauty Service program to field leaders and vendors, ensuring that you analyze business results and service evaluation tools to drive sales and elevate the beauty customer experience for CVS. The role reports to the Director of Beauty Service. As a Senior Manager of Beauty Sales, you will be responsible for:

    Sales Driver- Selling: (50%) Provide regular and timely in-depth sales performance updates to field leadership on Beauty & Personal Care business metrics for Beauty Service program stores. Drives superior divisional/region/district selling strategies that lead to revenue growth to sales budget targets for B&PC categories. Champion and manage B&PC strategic initiatives in the field. Provide Beauty Service team sales management with analysis and reporting as required. Identify stores with business opportunities and create strategies to course correct opportunity doors to aid in budget achievement. Assess key tactics driving sale growth to maximize best practices in all stores. Create specific strategies to ensure Beauty Service vendor events and Merch beauty initiatives are consistently executed to drive sales growth and customer engagement. Manage consistent assessment of event results to implement strategies to maximize beneficial activities and mitigate ineffective actions. Assess the competitive beauty landscape within the Division and create opportunities to address business challenges. Champion innovation within the division and share best practices to impact the entire organization's performance. Talent Management/ Development (50%) Field ambassador for Front Store Beauty Merch team with Divisional, Regional & District managers to ensure programs and initiatives are fully executed by the entire store teams and to help lead cultural change in driving Beauty sales focus and support with Field Leaders and Store Management. Cultivate an environment of continuous learning: Ensure consistent sales training and product knowledge curriculums are created and deployed to CVS Beauty Service teams. Create a Beauty Coordinator team of beauty experts and customer advocates that champion CVS beauty and ensure all CVS Beauty Service initiatives and programs are consistently executed within your area. Create and monitor development goals and coaching priorities for all levels of the Beauty Service team. Ensure all required training and certification programs that impact the Beauty Service staff are completed in a timely manner. Ensure Beauty Service staffing optimization by monitoring recruitment process, managing turn-over rates, and identifying applicable Beauty Service talent. Travel A minimum of 1 regional store tour with a Regional Director per month should be conducted with an assessment of visits provided to applicable teams. Conduct a minimum of 1 visit per month with each Beauty Coordinator in the assigned regions to provide coaching and support on beauty business and confirm alignment with Beauty Service programs. Local travel is required 60% of the time, including some nights and weekends, to meet business needs. Education/Experience: 5-10 years in a leadership/supervisory position in a multi-door, service-driven environment. 2-5 years management experience, educating, coaching, and developing sales teams Strong passion for beauty Other Skills: Strong leadership profile and excellent negotiation skills. Exceptional customer service skills. Goal-driven, with the ability to multi-task. Strong strategy creation and execution skills. Ability to train, coach, and develop a team of highly successful associates. Enthusiastic, friendly, positive energy.     Pay Range

    The typical pay range for this role is:

    $82,940.00 - $182,549.00
    This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.

    As a Beauty Sales Coordinator, you bring a passion for beauty and help your team translate that passion into elevated customer experiences and strong sales results. You are the curator of the ultimate in-store beauty experience, ensuring Beauty Sales Consultants are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and motivation to drive sales, engage customers, and flawlessly execute promotions and events. You are accountable for consistent implementation of all CVS Beauty Experience & Service programs across your assigned stores.

    Reporting Structure

    • Beauty Sales Coordinators report to the Senior Managers of Beauty or Managers of Beauty within their division.

    Essential Functions:

    Sales Driver - Selling (60%)

    • Serve as the lead advocate for Beauty & Personal Care (B&PC) sales in assigned stores.

    • Empower Beauty Sales Consultants to become confident beauty experts, driving multi-brand and multi-category sales.

    • Partner with Store Management and Senior Managers to set coaching priorities that align with B&PC sales goals.

    • Develop and manage individualized sales plans for Beauty Sales Consultants to meet monthly Beauty Experience & Service (BE&S) budget targets.

    • Use business acumen and knowledge of local customer needs to drive results.

    • Maintain a consistent store visit cadence and collaborate closely with store teams.

    • Develop detailed event execution plans focused on featured products and communicate timely recaps.

    Staff Development & Education (20%)

    • Lead the execution of brand and product education for all Beauty Sales Consultants.

    • Ensure full completion of all required BE&S training modules and participation in field training sessions.

    • Foster an environment of continuous learning and professional growth.

    • Own the dissemination of event information and education to elevate traffic and total beauty sales.

    • Collaborate with Senior Managers of Beauty to define coaching goals and performance priorities.

    Execution Support (20%)

    • Support Store Leadership in the recruitment and hiring of Beauty Sales Consultants.

    • Analyze business performance and sales data to drive team collaboration and goal achievement.

    • Communicate operational and business opportunities to store and district partners through consistent, high-quality recaps.

    • Promote full utilization of available retail technology to support selling, learning, and customer engagement.

    • Reinforce CVS Beauty business and marketing objectives across teams.

    • Ensure all sanitation, hazardous waste disposal, and product demonstration tool cleaning policies are executed timely and compliantly.

    • Manage execution of all corporate beauty events, including GWP promotions, Beauty Box experiences, and vendor activations-overseeing inventory planning, team scheduling, sample distribution, and store communication.

    Required Qualifications:

    Education & Experience

    • 1-2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role in a service-driven environment.

    • 1-2 years of Beauty & Personal Care sales experience.

    Language Skills

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities
    Assists with routine technical support tasks for the RX Equipment area under general supervision. Communicates deviations from expected outcomes to internal teams.
    Collects feedback from the warehouse department to ensure the technical support function is responsive to business needs.
    Documents the receipt of control drugs and cooler drugs and verifies the number of cartons and pallets in each delivery.
    Assists pharmacists and pharmacy technicians with equipment operations; coordinates pharmacy deliveries and orders to ensure timely service.
    Inspects the final RX product for appropriateness and uniformity and verifies product labels for accuracy to ensure ready for delivery.
    Maintains specialized pharmacy equipment, such as automated dispensing devices and unit dosing machines.
    Collects information on RX trends and analyzes RX order frequency in order to anticipate consumer demand.
    Monitors pharmacy equipment and fill dispensing units and calibrates to ensure maximum functionality.
    Operates automated RX equipment to assist pharmacists with compounding, repackaging, and cart filling.
