    CV Resources is partnering with an innovative engineering and manufacturing organization in Boise to hire a Microsoft Cloud & Security Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT professional who enjoys owning a Microsoft cloud environment, improving security, and partnering with leadership to support a growing organization.

    What You'll Do

    Administer and maintain the Microsoft cloud environment, including Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.

    Manage users, groups, devices, and Conditional Access policies.

    Administer Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Power Platform.

    Develop PowerShell scripts and Power Automate workflows to improve efficiency.

    Manage endpoint security using Microsoft Defender and Intune.

    Implement and maintain MFA, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and security best practices.

    Monitor and respond to support requests and security-related issues.

    Deploy patches, compliance policies, and security baselines.

    Document configurations, procedures, and system changes.

    Provide advanced technical support and collaborate with IT leadership on long-term technology initiatives.

    Qualifications

    5+ years of Microsoft cloud administration experience.

    Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365.

    Experience with Microsoft Intune, Defender, Conditional Access, and endpoint security.

    Strong PowerShell scripting experience.

    Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.

    Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments.

    Preferred Qualifications

    Microsoft certifications such as SC-300, MS-102, AZ-104, SC-500, or SC-900.

    Experience with Power Automate.

    Familiarity with Zero Trust security principles.

    Experience supporting engineering, manufacturing, or other regulated environments.

    Experience working with ERP/accounting systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
