    If you’re a creative, relationship‐driven marketing professional who thrives on connecting with people and bringing meaningful community events to life, this role offers the perfect blend of strategy, outreach, and hands‐on coordination. As our Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be the driving force behind lead engagement, referral partner communication, digital marketing, and signature events that celebrate caregivers, nurses, and the families we serve. You’ll manage social media content, support sales initiatives, collaborate with community organizations, and represent our agency at networking events—all while helping families access trusted, high‐quality home care services.     JOB DESCRIPTION

    Lead Management & Relationship Building:

    Respond promptly to prospective client and family inquiries, primarily by phone, while maintaining accurate lead and inquiry databases, tracking follow-up activities, and ensuring timely communication throughout the engagement process.Develop and execute monthly and quarterly email communications through Constant Contact for referral partners, prospects, families, and employees; maintain updated contact lists to support effective outreach and relationship-building efforts.

    Marketing & Sales Support:

    Provide marketing and administrative support by developing and organizing collateral materials for campaigns, special events, and recognition initiatives. Assist with planning and executing marketing programs across multiple channels, including advertising, direct mail, digital marketing, and events.Collaborate with the Graphic Designer to create, update, and maintain marketing materials; basic graphic design skills are required, and Canva experience is preferred.

     

    Special Events Coordination and Participation:

    Coordinate with community partners via phone and email to plan and confirm details for special events and educational programs.Lead the planning and execution of off-site events and educational programs in partnership with community organizations, including logistics, marketing materials, refreshments, setup, and teardown.Plan and coordinate annual signature events, including Ice Cream Socials, National Caregivers Day, and Nurses Week celebrations, in collaboration with multiple community partners.Prepare and maintain sales, marketing, and event reports, tracking outcomes and participation.Represent the community at networking events, health fairs, and other external community engagement opportunities to increase visibility and build relationships.Develop and maintain relationships with key referral sources and community partners to generate new business opportunities and strengthen community presence.

     

    Online Presence & Social Media:

    Develop, organize, and maintain engaging content for the agency's social media platforms and other digital marketing channels.

     

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field2+ years of experience in marketing or salesPrevious experience working in the senior living industry highly preferredStrong understanding of core marketing principlesProficiency in SEO and social media marketing strategiesProficiency with marketing and design platforms such as Constant Contact and Canva required; experience with WellSky or other healthcare CRM/software systemsKnowledge of content marketing, community outreach, referral marketing, B2B relationship marketing, email marketing, and marketing automation.Relevant experience in performance marketing and e-commerce platformsStrong verbal and written communication skills are requiredProficient in Google Workspace applications, including Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, and Drive.Must be available to work some weekends and weekends on-callMust have the ability to travel locally as needed and use your own vehicle for travel. Unlike traditional caregiving roles, this opportunities offers Caregivers the opportunity to work out of one of our senior living community partners to offer brief (15 min to 60 min) specialized visits that make a big difference without long one-on-one shifts.

     

    REQUIREMENTS
    We hire Care Professionals who meet the following criteria:

    Minimum 1-year of Professional caregiving — assisting seniors with ADLs such as grooming, bathing, mobility, toileting, dressing, and meal supportAvailability for at least 3 consecutive days — including one weekend day (Saturday and/or Sunday) on an ongoing basis.​​​​​3‐Day Examples: Sunday–Monday–Tuesday or Thursday–Friday–Saturday4‐Day Examples: Sunday–Monday–Tuesday–Wednesday or Wednesday–Thursday–Friday–SaturdayAvailability for 12+ hour shifts (7AM to 7PM OR 8AM to 8PM)Authorization to work in the U.S. and eligibility per the IDPH Caregiver RegistryAbility to pass a national background check and drug screenAvailability within our service area —Immediate openings in Evanston, Wilmette, Lincolnwood, and Portage Park neighborhood of Chicago.
