    The Opportunity


    We’re looking for a Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator to join our operations team. In this role, you’ll support day-to-day shipping, receiving, warehouse organization, and inventory accuracy activities within our manufacturing facility.


    You’ll work closely with production, purchasing, and operations teams to ensure materials and finished goods move efficiently throughout the facility and are accurately tracked within our systems.


    This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in manufacturing operations, logistics, inventory control, and ERP systems while contributing to a fast-growing manufacturing environment.

    Requirements:

    What You’ll Do

    Receive incoming materials and verify shipments against packing slips and purchase ordersPrepare and package finished goods for outbound shipmentLoad and unload materials safely using pallet jacks or other warehouse equipmentAccurately enter inventory transactions into company systemsOrganize and maintain warehouse and inventory storage areasAssist with cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain inventory accuracyLabel, stage, and move raw materials and finished goods throughout the facilityCoordinate shipments with carriers including UPS, FedEx, LTL, and freight providersInspect incoming materials for damage or discrepancies and communicate issues when identifiedMaintain shipping and inventory records in an organized and accurate mannerSupport production teams by ensuring materials are available and staged as neededFollow all company safety policies and warehouse proceduresAssist with continuous improvement initiatives focused on warehouse efficiency and organization

    What We’re Looking For

    High school diploma or equivalentExperience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, inventory control, manufacturing, or logistics preferredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsComfortable working with computers and learning ERP or inventory systemsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPositive attitude and willingness to learnReliable attendance and strong work ethicGood communication and teamwork skillsAbility to solve problems and follow through on tasks independentlyPrevious forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus, but not requiredPrevious experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments is helpful, but not required

    Physical Requirements

    Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassistedAbility to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shiftAbility to work safely around moving equipment in a warehouse and production environment
