    Position Overview

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Medical Device Refurbishment Technician to join our team in supporting the repair and refurbishment of Currie Medical Devices. This technician will ensure each device is thoroughly cleaned, reassembled, and packaged in accordance with company and regulatory standards for reuse.

    Key Responsibilities

    · Clean Medical Devices : Sanitize and disinfect pumps using approved cleaning agents and procedures to meet hygiene and infection control standards.

    · Remove External Stickers: Carefully remove all hospital or outside vendor labels, stickers, and tags to prepare devices for reprocessing and shipment. Equipment used: heat gun, degreasers, scrapers, scrub brushes, air compressor...etc.

    · Retainer Clip Installation/Removal: Add or remove retainer clips as needed to ensure secure assembly of the pump electrical cord prior to reuse.

    · Pump Hook Replacement: Install or replace pump hooks as part of the routine refurbishment process to maintain full device functionality.

    · Inspect and clean electrical cords for all pump models.

    · Utilize hand and power tools to assemble, install, and repair medical devices.

    · Packaging and Shipping Preparation: Assemble shipping boxes, pack devices securely, and ensure proper labeling and documentation for outbound shipments.

    · Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    · High attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

    · Ability to follow detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

    · Basic mechanical skills and experience handling small tools preferred. Ex. cordless drill, screwdriver, heat gun, air compressor etc.

    · Capable of standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods.

    · Previous experience in medical device cleaning, warehouse, or manufacturing environment is a plus but not necessary.

    Typical Schedule is 7am to 3:30 pm M-F

    Position Overview

    The Senior Account Manager executes on our overall effort to maintain and grow long-term relationships and revenue with existing hospital and health-system customers. This position focuses on driving customer satisfaction, ensuring contract compliance and securing contract renewals. The Senior Account Manager is directly responsible for growing revenue generated from established accounts through promoting and cross-selling our products to all customers.

    The ideal candidate is a trusted relationship builder who understands the hospital environment and can translate clinical and operational value into sustained business growth.

     

    Key Responsibilities

    Manage and grow a defined portfolio of existing hospital and health-system accounts.Serve as the primary point of contact for all post-sale relationship management.Conduct regular business reviews and data-driven performance and information gathering discussions with customer leadership.Maintain accurate CRM records, account documentation, and sales forecasts.Cross-sell Currie’s broader product portfolio to deepen relationships and grow revenue.Develop and execute strategic account plans to retain business and identify new opportunities within existing contracts.Hold customers accountable for contract compliance, ensuring terms are met and value is delivered on both sides.Partner with clinical and supply-chain stakeholders to drive product adoption, patient compliance, and measurable outcomes.Coordinate with internal teams (Customer Service, Clinical Education, Operations) to ensure seamless implementation and support.Monitor competitor activity and market trends within assigned accounts, providing insights to leadership.

     

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field (or equivalent experience).5+ years of B2B or healthcare account management experience, preferably within medical devices or hospital supply.Demonstrated success in account retention, contract management, and upselling/cross-selling.Strong understanding of hospital purchasing, contracting, and supply-chain processes.Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across complex accounts.Proficiency in CRM systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.Willingness to travel domestically up to 40–50%.

    Position Overview

    The National Manager, Independent Sales Representatives (ISRs) is responsible for growing and leading Currie Medical’s national network of independent sales representatives and partners. The role will have oversight of Currie's network of both 1099 manufacturers reps and medical sales firms. This individual will drive revenue growth by strengthening existing ISR performance, recruiting and onboarding new ISRs, and ensuring all representatives are equipped with the tools, training, and product knowledge needed to succeed in the field.

    This role combines elements of sales leadership, business development, and channel management. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on — capable of developing relationships with independent reps while holding them accountable to sales goals, compliance standards, and brand integrity.

     

    Key Responsibilities

    Oversee Currie Medical’s national network of Independent Sales Representatives (ISRs) to ensure alignment with company objectives and sales targets.Develop and execute a national ISR growth strategy, including recruitment of high-performing new partners in underrepresented territories.Increase revenue production from existing ISRs through coaching, territory planning, and performance tracking.Conduct regular business reviews with ISR partners to assess progress, share best practices, and identify growth opportunities.Provide onboarding, sales enablement, and ongoing training to ensure ISRs maintain deep product and industry knowledge.Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for Currie’s product portfolio and clinical value proposition.Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Clinical Education, Operations) to support ISR success and customer satisfaction.Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and feedback from the field to inform Currie’s sales strategy.Ensure ISRs adhere to Currie’s brand standards, pricing policies, and compliance expectations.Travel moderately (approximately 25–40%) for territory visits, training sessions, and national sales meetings.

     

    Qualifications
