Mix of vascular, peripheral, and coronary (no structural). Balanced schedule: 3 clinic days, 2 procedure days. 6-8 procedures per day 18 clinic patients per day. Group averages 150 caths and 75 PCIs annually; performed 235 PCIs in 2024. Two cath labs on site with advanced imaging and monitoring. Dedicated Heart Center with full cardiac rehab program. Perform echos and vascular studies in-office. NPs support both clinic and inpatient rounding. 6 hospital days per month, remainder in clinic. Payer mix: 30% commercial, 65% Medicare, 5% Medicaid. No structural program and no CT surgery backup required. Located in the Kansas City metro with easy access to suburban amenities.
