    Nurse Case Manager Qualifications:

    Bachelor of Science Nursing or Associate of Science in Nursing
    Graduation from an accredited nursing program
    Current licensure in the State of Illinois as a Registered Nurse and Current State of Illinois Driver's License required.
    Experience with psychiatric care and children/adolescents is preferred.
    Strong organizational, communication, and clinical skills
