    Reports To: Service Manager

    Job Overview
    The Field Service Technician is a highly self-motivated professional who has a minimum of two years’ experience pertaining to mechanical equipment service (i.e. air compressors, pumps). This individual must be able to provide service as needed on a 24/7 basis to our customers.     Job Overview:

    Inside Sales Representatives are responsible for fielding customer requests (internal & external); assessing the customers’ needs and providing solutions in a timely manner; preparing customer proposals, supporting pre-order and post-order processes; and building relationships with customers and principals. A successful associate will be a motivated individual with a high level of organization and technical expertise to support both internal and external customers. Essential characteristics for this position include excellent oral and written communication skills, teamwork, attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and understanding of the customer experience
