    Cullerton Group has a new opportunity for a Senior Project Engineer in Evanston, IL. This permanent hybrid role offers 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. This role pay competitively base on industry standard.     This position offers the opportunity to work on complex infrastructure-focused projects while collaborating closely with project managers, technical leadership, and multidisciplinary engineering teams. The ideal candidate is a technically strong electrical engineer who enjoys mentoring junior staff, interacting with clients, and contributing to the successful delivery of challenging projects.

    Key Responsibilities

    Design electrical systems for healthcare, higher education, commercial, hospitality, laboratory, and pharmaceutical facilitiesPrepare designs for lighting, power distribution, emergency power, low-voltage, and fire alarm systemsPerform electrical load calculations, short circuit studies, equipment sizing, and infrastructure assessmentsConduct field surveys and existing conditions investigationsPrepare construction drawings and specifications using AutoCAD and RevitSupport construction administration activities and coordinate with multidisciplinary teamsLead projects, mentor junior engineers, and participate in client meetings

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline8+ years of electrical engineering design experience in an MEP consulting firm, AE firm, design-build contractor, or similar environmentExperience designing building electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and emergency powerStrong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)Proficiency with AutoCAD and RevitHealthcare project experience strongly preferredPE license preferred

    Cullerton Group has a new opportunity for a Manufacturing Quality Engineer III in Franklin, WI. The work will be done onsite. This is a permanent job. Compensation is up to $116K/yr + bonus and stock contribution.

    Candidates with hands-on experience in torque-controlled assembly systems (Atlas Copco, Cleco, DC tools, etc.) are strongly encouraged to apply.

    We are partnering with a well-established leader in the electrical infrastructure space to find a Manufacturing Quality Engineer III who will play a key role in driving quality improvements across manufacturing operations. This is a high-impact position where you will work cross-functionally to improve product reliability, reduce defects, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

    We are seeking candidates with:

    5–7 years of Manufacturing Quality Engineering experienceStrong experience with root cause analysis (RCA, 8D, corrective actions)Background in ISO 9001 / Quality Management SystemsExperience reviewing GD&T and engineering drawingsHands-on experience setting up, validating, or monitoring torque-controlled / automated torque systems(e.g., DC tools, nutrunners, tightening systems, torque validation/traceability)Experience with ERP and/or MES systemsBackground in electrical, industrial, or heavy manufacturing environments

    Key Responsibilities

    Lead manufacturing quality improvement initiativesAnalyze production and quality data to drive decision-makingExecute root cause analysis and corrective actionsSupport resolution of customer quality issuesReduce Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ)Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and quality teamsImprove processes to enhance efficiency and product reliability

    Location & Schedule
