Role Description
This full-time, on-site General Labor and Forklift Operators rile is based in El Paso, TX. Team members in general labor positions may assist with loading and unloading materials, basic warehouse or yard work, site cleanup, light maintenance tasks, and supporting skilled workers as needed. Forklift Operators may be responsible for safely operating company vehicles, transporting materials or equipment, following assigned routes or scheduled, and completing delivery documentation. All employees are expected to follow safety guidelines, use required personal protective equipment, and maintain a clean and organized work area. The role may involve working indoors or outdoors, standing for extended periods, and handling moderate physical activity throughout the shift. Collaboration with supervisors and coworkers to meet daily task goals and timelines is a key part of the position.
Qualifications
Ability to perform general labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, loading, unloading, and basic site or warehouse maintenance. Capability to safely operate company vehicles; valid driver's license and clean driving record required for driving duties. Commitment to workplace safety, including following instructions, using PPE, and adhering to company and site-specific safety procedures. Reliable attendance, punctuality, and willingness to work assigned shifts, including possible overtime when needed.Basic communication skills for following directions, reporting issues, and interacting respectfully with supervisors, coworkers, and clients. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior experience is general labor, warehouse work, construction, or driving roles is a plus. Comfort working in various environmental conditions(indoor/outdoor, heat, cold) and performing physically active tasks throughout the day.
