    Job DescriptionJob DescriptionCSP Management is seeking a unique individual with business analysis skills, sales motivation, business etiquette, and the ability to communicate with teams of landscapers, including subcontractors. This is a unique opportunity for a Landscape Supervisor role, where we are looking for someone with strong leadership skills who can think independently. This individual will need to oversee several subcontractors and other crew members, making mature decisions that are in the best interest of the company.

    CSP Management is a well-established government contractor with the US Federal Government. We provide Facilities Management Services, including landscape. CSP Management is responsible for landscape design, maintenance, demo, and installation services as part of our landscape services.

    Requirements:

    The successful applicant will work at a Federal Facility. The facility requires that all personnel be cleared to work to possess a government badge. The applicant must also have a valid driver’s license, be fluent in English, and be able to communicate with others.

    The ideal candidate may have several years of experience and a desired landscape license. They should also be able to quickly learn existing protocols and ensure they are maintained. Our environment is fast-paced, as we work on multiple projects.

    The responsibilities of this position are outlined below:

    Lead staff of 4-7 other landscapersMonitor and train landscaping staffSet up daily activities for self and landscaping staffPick up parts, as needed, for jobs on scheduleOversee the new jobs, as the owner instructs, while maintaining the existing groundsSupervise the use of equipmentEnsure that staff follow safety guidelines and perform Safety MeetingsCompletes various administrative duties, as explained by the ownerThe ideal candidate will also have additional skills, such as:Project Management skills

    About the Role

    A lifeguard is a professional who ensures the safety of swimmers and water sports participants in various settings, including beaches, rivers, swimming pools, and water parks. They are responsible for preventing and responding to emergencies, enforcing safety rules, and using their knowledge of first aid to save lives. The primary duty of a lifeguard is to survey a body of water and conduct rescues to help weak or injured swimmers get to safety. They also have to speak with swimmers to enforce swimming rules, keep track of each swimmer in the water, and administer first aid to injured swimmers.

    Responsibilities for Lifeguard:


    Ensure the pool is in good condition before swimmers enter the pool.
    Maintain constant surveillance of Veteran patrons in the water.
    Prepare the pool prior s by testing water levels, chemicals
    Provide emergency care and treatment as required until the arrival of emergency medical services.
    Able to act quickly and appropriately to secure the safety of Veteran and patrons in the event of an emergency
    Present professional appearance and attitude at all times and maintain a high standard of customer service.
    Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
    Prepare and maintain appropriate activity reports.
    Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures
    Able to follow routine verbal and written instructions

    Qualifications for Lifeguard:

    Ability to pass a pre-employment practical skills test in the water
    Ability to work on weekends and evenings
    Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergencies
    Six months to 1-year experience directly related to the responsibilities specified
    Highly skilled in the application of lifeguarding surveillance and rescue techniques
    Strong knowledge of CPR and emergency medical procedures

    Additional Requirements:

    Must be able to communicate verbally and orally in English.
    Ability to accurately prepare routine administrative paperwork
    Excellent customer service skills
    Document pool chemical values twice a day
    Document any pending issues
