Overview:Lead Appliance Install Driver Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm
Service Area: Nashville, TN
This is no desk job. As a CSC Lead Appliance Install Driver your days will be active, delivering residential and/or commercial laundry equipment, commercial air equipment, and ancillary commercial technology products using a company truck and completing installation upon delivery on assigned route. Guides others through complex installations.
A Day in the Life of a Lead Installation Technician:
Deliver and Install laundry equipment to client locationsDeliver and Install ancillary technology (card readers, digital enhancements)Drive a box truck to deliver, pick up, or replace washers and dryersPrepare equipment for delivery (assemble required parts prior to loading on trucks)Instruct customers and/or clients how to operate equipment in a safe and effective mannerStaying physically active loading and unloading your company truck using a 2-wheeled hand cart for support, ease and safety.Lead Installers will proactively manage inventory. Execute regular parts replenishment based on guidelines and knowledge of route.Lead Installers will also need to have experience with installing and uninstalling gas operated washers/dryersTeach others to resolve delivery and installation issuesAudit warehouse preparation activities of other Installers

What we're looking for: High school diploma or equivalent. Valid Driver's License Ability to pass pre-employment screening Must be 21 years of age (DOT state requirement). Previous experience in appliance gas installation and uninstallation required. Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with customers effectively. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Physical stamina and dexterity to handle and maneuver heavy appliances. Basic computer skills for documentation and communication purposes. Must be able to lift to 75 pounds and will frequently work in a variety of environmental conditions (both weather and non-weather related).
