If you are fast on your feet, and love handling all the cool gear we sell from the time it enters our doors to the time it leaves, this job could be for you…consider it more like pre shopping and less like work! This is a physically active role that keeps you on your feet and moving throughout your shift. You'll spend your time packing orders and loading packages into trailers, which means you should be comfortable with constant standing, frequent bending, and repetitive lifting. If you're someone who prefers hands-on work over sitting at a desk, this is a great fit. Three Shifts Available: AM- Mon-Fri, 6:00a-2:30p, $16.00/hr, PM- Mon-Fri, 2:30p-11:00p, $16/hr + $1.85/hr shift differential = $17.85/hr.WKN- Sat-Mon, 8:00a-8:30p, $16.00/hr + $2.00/hr shift differential - $18.00/hr BLACKOUT DATES AND HOLIDAY INFORMATION: Our warehouse will be closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Years Day; and we typically work shorter hours on Christmas Eve and New Years Eve. To support our busiest season, our Backcountry fulfillment centers have a blackout period for time off requests. The blackout period is typically from November 10th through December 23rd.
