Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent with a strong background in concrete construction and project management for commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects in our Syracuse office. This individual will lead all field operations and daily on-site activities, with particular emphasis on supervising concrete work including foundations, slabs-on-grade, structural concrete, and flatwork. The successful candidate must have the knowledge and confidence to engage professionally with design professionals, consultants, and the client while directing subcontractors to safely execute the work per the contract documents, schedule, and budget. This individual will work in partnership with the Project Manager, take ownership of project management functions in the field, and mentor assistant superintendents and field staff. Travel within Central New York is required.
Position Responsibilities

C&S is currently seeking a Senior Project Engineer to join our Fuel Facility team. Location at a C&S office is preferred; however, a remote location is negotiable. Full-Time is Preferred; however, Part-Time is negotiable. The Senior Project Engineer is expected to have good relationships with clients and professionals in the fueling systems industry and will be responsible for generating project opportunities and managing fueling systems projects. Position Overview
We are seeking a Managing Mechanical Engineer to join a multi-disciplinary team in our Mechanical Department. We offer full service in-house architecture/engineering design capabilities and typically work on a diverse array of projects including Higher Education, Municipal Facilities, Industrial, Design-build, Aviation and Healthcare.
Responsibilities include working on all phases of projects such as client relationships, design, specifications, project team coordination, construction documents, code analysis and consultant interaction.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
10+ years of related mechanical/HVAC design and project management experience.Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering Professional licensure PE is preferredComprehensive understanding of design and construction documents.Proficiency in CADD & REVIT.Knowledge of building codes.Ability to succeed in small and large multi-disciplinary team environments.Ability to set deadlines, assign resources, monitor/summarize project progress.Good graphic, communications (verbal and written) and presentation skills.Self-motivated with ability to lead small and large project teams and multiple projects from concept to construction.Higher Education and Healthcare experienceExperience working with both private and public clientsEstimated Compensation Range and Benefits
$100,000 - $150,000/year*
