Position Overview
C&S is currently seeking a Senior Project Engineer to join our Fuel Facility team. Location at a C&S office is preferred; however, a remote location is negotiable. Full-Time is Preferred; however, Part-Time is negotiable. The Senior Project Engineer is expected to have good relationships with clients and professionals in the fueling systems industry and will be responsible for generating project opportunities and managing fueling systems projects. Position Responsibilities
Develop effort budgets and schedules for prospective project pursuits.Develop working relationships with existing and prospective clients and professionals.Generate project opportunities.Develop and optimize processes for improved efficiency, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness. Position Overview
The C&S Facilities Group is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team in our Tampa office. This is a great opportunity for an individual to help grow our facilities practice. This individual will be responsible for leading projects, performing, and managing technical engineering. The Senior Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for delivery of mechanical engineering services in a multitude of markets including healthcare, higher education, government, aviation, food service, hospitality, and industrial projects in the Southeastern United States. Successful candidates should have experience and/or education in mechanical design for buildings and facilities. This position includes an emphasis on HVAC design (Commercial, Food Service, Industrial); previous field experience is a plus.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical EngineeringMinimum 5 years of related experience including skills in mechanical design of HVAC systemsA Professional Engineering license is highly desired but not required at this timeServes as lead mechanical engineer on projects and/or works in the responsible charge of a licensed mechanical engineerPerforms mechanical engineering calculations, edits specifications, and prepares design drawingsAbility to perform Cooling/Heating calculations, Ventilation Calculations, ASHRAE 15 verificationFamiliarity with CHW VAV systems, VRF Systems, DOAS Equipment, Energy Recovery Equipment Familiarity with building codes and engineering design requirementsAssists in developing project mechanical requirements, conducting field surveys, and developing construction documentsDevelop HVAC controls schematics, sequences of operation, and points listsExperience with renovation projectsCoordinates with the other design disciplines in the delivery of mechanical designsPerforms services during construction including responding to RFI's, reviewing submittals, and performing field observationsExperience with Revit highly desiredBeneficial prior project experience on healthcare, higher education, government, aviation, food service, hospitality, and/or industrial projectsStrong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated and works well in team environmentOccasional travel as a part of project delivery will be requiredEstimated Compensation Range: $100,000-150,000/year*
