Minimum 2 years of driving experience preferred. No CDL required.Enthusiastic, energetic, and friendly individual who thrives on interacting with peopleMust have strong work ethic, reliable and professionalBackground and Drug ScreenDOT physical required, we will reimburse youValid driver’s license with clean 5-year MVRAble to handle a moderate physical workload including lifting, standing & climbing a 4-foot ladder2-3 days per week, varies every week, no weekends
Compensation: $24-$27 per hour (hourly wage plus commissions)
$20 per hour base rate plus commission on every customer crush plus bonus for securing new customer demos while driving/operating your daily route. With commissions/bonuses you will have the opportunity to earn up to $27 per hour. (currently our drivers make between $25-$27 per hour.

Driver/Operator needed for our mobile compaction business that is revolutionizing the industry. No CDL or special license is required for this vehicle. Although a CDL is not required to operate our equipment, we prefer 5 years of driving experience with commercial trucks (CDL experience preferred). The ideal candidate should have a background in driving light-duty trucks and some mechanical/maintenance knowledge; nothing more than the basics needed. The candidate will also be someone who enjoys working in a small team, enjoys building a culture and a business from the ground up, has the discipline to execute the requirements of the job, and has excellent customer service skills. The Driver/Operator will mainly work in Austin and the surrounding area, with occasional trips to Waco. Driver/Operator will be able to go home every day, so no long haul or overnight travel required. This position does require working 1 to 2 weekends per month (a few hours on Saturday and Sunday) and on a very rare occasion a night shift. Training will be provided.
Compensation:
$46,000 to $50,000 per year with the opportunity to achieve additional bonuses (bonuses based on your performance and the company's performance).
