    Member & Account Support
    Manage Member Accounts: Update billing info, process cancellations, freeze accounts, and handle refunds in the system.Member App Support: Resolve issues and provide support to members experiencing issues with member app and report bugs to technical support teams.Support Gym Management: Assist franchise owners and gym managers with complex membership or software issues.Admin & Data Entry

    POSITION SUMMARY
    Reporting directly to the Chief Development Officer, the Vice President of Unit Growth Integration is responsible for leading the end-to-end unit growth lifecycle across the Crunch franchise system. This executive serves as the organizations central growth integrator, aligning real estate, construction, design, franchise development, operations, finance, legal, procurement, and franchisee support to ensure the successful delivery of 100+ annual club openings.

    The role is accountable for creating and optimizing a scalable development engine that delivers predictable growth, accelerates speed-to-market, preserves brand standards, strengthens franchisee returns, and enhances enterprise value.

    CORE PURPOSE
    To lead and continuously improve the systems, processes, partnerships, and organizational capabilities required to deliver predictable, high-velocity unit growth across the Crunch franchise system.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Reduce cycle time from LOI to opening.Eliminate development bottlenecks and improve speed-to-open.Ensure consistent execution of prototype and brand standards.Deliver predictable opening readiness and on-time openings across all markets.2. Program & Portfolio Management

    Current CPR certification.NCCA Accredited primary Personal Trainer Certification (a newly hired Personal Trainer may have 60 days from the date of hire to complete and provide).A degree in a related field is preferred but not required (Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Sports Medicine, Physical Education, Nutrition, Fitness Specialist, etc.). A degree would be accepted in lieu of a primary Personal Trainer Certification.Personal Trainer experience preferred but not required.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Baseline Computer Skills Required for managing email, business tools, and timecard review.Enthusiastic and positive attitude.Physical effort required for daily duties include lifting heavy weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, prolonged standing, and walking.
