    Drive your career forward and join CR&R Incorporated on our drive to ZERO Waste! WAGE RANGE: This is an hourly role. Hourly pay is $18-$22/hr, plus overtime at time-and-a-half. Based on a standard 40-hour week plus 10 hours of overtime weekly, the annual equivalent is approximately $51,480-$62,920, depending on experience. WHAT YOU WILL DO * Perform complete pre- and post-operation inspection of the vehicle in accordance with Company policy * Safely operate heavy trucks to complete assigned routes/orders in timely manner. * This position involves operating heavy-load vehicles to two or more locations. * Load and unload freight as required. Perform daily pre-trip and safety inspections on equipment. * Follow dispatch instructions and communicate with dispatch on delays, arrivals, equipment problems, etc., as required. * Maintain accurate daily logs, verify and complete required documentation and reports.
