What You'll Do
* Operate Class B commercial vehicles including front-load, side-load, and roll-off trucks
* Complete assigned routes safely while meeting service and productivity expectations
* Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns
* Communicate with dispatch and supervisors regarding route conditions or service issues
* Follow all DOT, safety, and environmental regulations at all times
What We're Looking For
* Valid Class B CDL (Class A CDL accepted)
* Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience
* Experience operating front-load, side-load, and/or roll-off equipment
* Strong safety mindset and dependable work ethic
* Willingness to work early mornings and Saturdays
Pay & Schedule
* Hourly pay
* 55+ hours per week is common, with consistent overtime
* Early morning start times
* Monday through Saturday schedules
* Overtime is a regular and expected part of this role
