Train, mentor, and develop staff to build skills, achieve shift production quotas, and support career growth. Foster a safe, clean, and organized work environment by enforcing housekeeping and safety standards. Collaborate with other shift leaders to ensure smooth production handovers and consistent processes. Record finished goods in the "Finished Product Packing Log" and verify product specifications. Actively participate in production planning meetings to align staffing, schedules, and resources with company goals. Enforce company policies and procedures while addressing performance or behavioral issues promptly and fairly. Position Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management is a plus. Minimum 23 years of experience in a warehouse environment, with at least 1 year in a lead role. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and safety standards. Ability to speak and translate in both English and Spanish preferred Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
