Material Handler Requirements
Previous warehouse or distribution center experience preferredAbility to safely move palletized materials using Material Handling Equipment Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasksReliable attendance and punctualityAbout the Material Handler Role
As a Material Handler, your responsibilities will include:
Moving palletized materials safely throughout the warehouse Loading trucks using Material Handling Equipment Transporting products to designated warehouse locationsAssisting with shipping and receiving operationsVerifying materials are moved accurately and efficientlyMaintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environmentFollowing all warehouse safety procedures and company policiesPerforming additional warehouse and material handling duties as assigned

CDL Delivery Driver Requirements
Valid CDL Class A or Class B driver’s license requiredMinimum of 1 year of CDL driving or delivery experience requiredAbility to safely operate delivery vehicles and comply with DOT regulationsStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to bend, squat, stand, and sit for extended periods
About the CDL B Delivery Driver Role
As a CDL Delivery Driver, your responsibilities will include:
Safely operating CDL delivery trucks to transport beer, wine, spirits, and beverage products to customer locationsLoading, unloading, and delivering products while ensuring accuracy and efficiencyMaintaining compliance with DOT regulations, liquor laws, and company safety standardsProviding exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with retail accountsPerforming pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and reporting maintenance needsMaintaining accurate DOT driver logs and transportation recordsHandling returned products, empty containers, and rejected merchandise according to company proceduresMaintaining the cleanliness and professional appearance of the delivery vehicleFollowing all warehouse, transportation, and workplace safety proceduresCommunicating effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and customers throughout deliveriesSupporting team operations and completing additional duties as assigned

Previous MIG welding and fabrication experience requiredTIG welding a plusAbility to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings requiredStrong math skills including fractions, decimals, and basic algebraMust be able to accurately read a tape measure to 1/16”Experience working with steel materials including tube, angle, and channelValid Wisconsin driver’s license with clean driving record required
About the MIG/TIG Welder / Fabricator Role
As a MIG/TIG Welder / Fabricator, your responsibilities will include:
Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings to fabricate custom steel productsLayout, measure, and fabricate railings, stairs, fences, gates, columns, and window guardsPerform MIG welding on steel materials ranging from 16 gauge to 1⁄2 inch thickCut, punch, drill, grind, and finish materials to quality standardsUse fabrication techniques to assemble products from start to finishPerform detailed measuring and calculations using fractions and decimalsOperate hand tools, grinders, saws, and fabrication equipment safelyMaintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety proceduresSupport shop production needs and work overtime as required
