In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring accurate order fulfillment and inventory control within a fast-paced environment.
As a Shorter/Operator, you will be responsible for:
Sorting & Organizing: Sort incoming and outgoing products using scanners and manual techniques to ensure correct placement.Inventory Management: Scan and record item details to maintain accurate inventory counts and updated stock levels.Quality Control: Inspect products for defects or damages during sorting to meet quality standards.Labeling: Apply proper labels to products and packages for easy tracking and retrieval.Packing & Shipping: Prepare items for shipment by packing, labeling, and weighing packages according to company standards.Collaboration: Work closely with team members to improve processes and ensure smooth operations.Safety Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe work environment.Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks as needed.Ideal Candidate Profile
