About the Role: As a Channel Account Manager (LATAM) you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities with and through our partners in the Spanish Latam and English Caribbean countries. You will ensure consistency in the company's channel sales strategy and execution for your sellers. You will work with CrowdStrike Account Executives and Account Managers across the Commercial private sector to increase partner engagement. You will also team with our resellers and tech alliance partners to build pipeline (joint call out days, account mapping, spiffs, campaigns, enablement, etc.), working along your channel counterparts (Regional Alliances Manager, Distribution, cloud, etc.). You'll provide marketing/sales literature to partners, assist with sales discount pricing, channel programs and channel promotions/incentives. Candidates with current strong cybersecurity knowledge are encouraged to apply. This role is available to candidates located in Austin, TX. What You'll Do: 2+ years of full sales cycle and/or channel experience, generating net new business for a Saas, Cloud, and/or Security solution. Previous experience strategizing with Channel Partners which may include but not limited to Resellers and Managed Service Providers. Experience with a consultative sales process with proven ability to sell a complex multi-product architecture to mid/enterprise organizations. Fearlessness to sell into C-level Executives and/or Evaluator-level Engineers Ability to execute a go-to-market strategy and prospect into accounts using lead generation tools, SFDC, research, cold calling, and more. Track record of exceeding expectations in an individually focused, quota carrying role. Technical aptitude and ability to learn new business and technical concepts quickly. Competitive nature, but also a collaborative team player. Strong presentation skills, both in person and via virtual channels. Customer Service background a plus. Ability to travel up to 20%. Other projects and duties as assigned. What You'll Need: Strategic thinker and hunter mentality who takes initiative and is capable of hands-on problem solving as well as the ability to generate ideas and solutions. Partner development experience as well as experience with decision makers within current relationships within the Channel. Ability to communicate with partners at all levels - from sales rep to C-level and business owner. Motivated and focused self-starter with strong leadership skills who can multi-task and work independently or within a team. Strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills. Fluent in Spanish and English. Candidate must be based in Austin, TX. Previous sales experience in the information security space and strong technical knowledge with a broad range of security and networking technologies. Bonus Points: University/College degree or equivalent experience preferred 2+ years of channel sales experience in a software/SaaS business-to-business environment with a proven track record of consistent quota over-achievement. About the Role: The Customer Development Representative (CDR) will partner with CrowdStrike's Account Management team to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities in our customer base. The successful CDR will be measured upon qualified opportunities, as well as other weekly and monthly KPIs. CDRs are enabled and coached to master the intricacies and strategies of the Account Management role. They will conduct multi-threaded outreach strategies that combine direct engagement, nurture campaigns and social selling aimed at booking qualified meetings with decision makers. With the goal of developing into quota-carrying sales professionals in 12-18 months, CDRs will receive world class Sales Readiness training with a heavy focus on Sandler and MEDDPICC methodologies. This is a hybrid role and requires in-office work three times a week. It will require you to be within commuting distance to our Austin, TX office. What You'll Do: Execute targeted outbound campaigns, primarily around CrowdStrike products that are not currently a part of the customer's product portfolio. Partner with Corporate Account Managers to build strategic customer account plans and develop white space strategies. Meet weekly with team members for account mapping sessions and provide updates on new opportunities and pipeline generation activities. Gather and document strategic account intelligence including channel partnerships, tech partnerships, and competitive spend. Follow up with customers from high priority events and marketing-driven inbound activities from customers.
