We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Remote Network Engineer to join our team. Responsibilities
Monitor, maintain, and optimize network infrastructure to ensure stability and high performance
Troubleshoot network issues and implement effective solutions
Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and other network devices
Develop and maintain network documentation, diagrams, and configuration records
Collaborate with cross-functional teams through virtual meetings and digital communication tools
Implement network security best practices and support cybersecurity initiatives
Stay up to date with the latest networking technologies, protocols, and industry standards
Requirements
Degree in Network Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
12 years of experience in network administration or engineering (or willingness to undergo training)
Proficiency with networking tools and technologies (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Wi-Fi systems, network monitoring tools)
Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, OSPF, BGP, etc.)
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
Training Program

Salary
Hourly Rate: $42.50/hour (based on a 40-hour workweek)
