    Job Summary

    Summary: Floor Technician is responsible for floor maintenance, restoration, and the operation of industrial floor care equipment.

    Essential Functions:

    Maintains knowledge of principles of hard-surface floor maintenance and use proper procedures on hard floor care including stripping and refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and spray buffingOperate various types of industrial floor care equipmentUtilize automated equipment for cleaning of large area of floor surfaceUse the proper procedures on carpet and upholstering including shampooing, damp surface, extractions, spot cleaning, vacuuming, etc.Perform maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface typesOther duties as assigned by manager

    Qualifications:

    Previous experience as a floor care technician or in related role preferredProven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques requiredKnowledge and ability to follow safety proceduresRequires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 50 lbs.

     RESPONSIBILITIES:

    -  Performs basic maintenance duties and repairs as assigned.

    -  Assists in making decisions on all minor and routine repairs.

    -  Maintains equipment; performs minor equipment repairs using power and hand tools.

    -  Performs a variety of other unskilled or semi-skilled tasks such as minor carpentry, plumbing, painting, minor electrical work, lamp changing and drywall maintenance.

    -  Maintains logs, performs rounds and completes maintenance work orders, tests and inspections.

    -  Reads, comprehends and transmits complicated detailed instructions verbally and in writing.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    Job Summary

    Performs specialized cleaning duties with the intent of disinfecting ambulatory healthcare facilities including restrooms, patient areas, exam rooms, procedure rooms, and specialty areas.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    Disinfects surfaces with provided chemicals.Dusts and polishes furniture and fittings, vents, window sills, and ledges.Cleans reception glass and entrance windows.Moves chairs/stools, waste/linen/biohazardous bins, small equipment on wheels, scales, and other items for proper cleaning. Realigns items according to recommended layout.Cleans floors including sweeping, dusting, mopping, and vacuuming. Performs carpet spot cleaning and upholstery spot cleaning.Collects and disposes of general trash and biohazardous waste. Performs routine cleaning on general trash and biohazardous waste containers.Replenishes soap, sanitizer, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, and other items.Maintains equipment, tools and storage areas in clean and orderly operating condition.Works with alarm systems to arm and disarm.Performs other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

    Job Summary

    Performs a variety of basic maintenance functions.  This is a 3rd Shift position.  11pm to 7:30am Sun-Thurs OR Tues-Sat.

     RESPONSIBILITIES:

    -  Performs basic maintenance duties and repairs as assigned.

    -  Assists in making decisions on all minor and routine repairs.

    -  Maintains equipment; performs minor equipment repairs using power and hand tools.
