    Overview:
    We are seeking a ServiceNow Lead Developer to join our Digital Technology team. This role will serve as a technical leader responsible for the architecture, development, and optimization of the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders across the business to design scalable, secure, and efficient solutions aligned with enterprise strategies and goals. This is a direct hire opportunity with a salary range of $120K–$130K, depending on experience.

    Work Location:Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite / 2 days remoteAvailable locations: Oshkosh, WI | Hagerstown, MD | McConnellsburg, PARelocation assistance available for Oshkosh, WIMinimal travel required (occasional conferences or annual team meetings)Key Responsibilities:Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.Drive platform enhancements through upgrades and new feature implementations.Utilize advanced knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITAM, ITOM) to improve processes and efficiency.Provide support for day-to-day operations, including incident resolution and root cause analysis.Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into technical deliverables.Apply SDLC or Agile methodologies to deliver solutions on time and within budget.Document designs, data flows, configurations, and code for system integrity.Partner with ITAM, ITOM, and CMDB experts to enhance automation and asset management.Ensure platform performance, security compliance, and data quality.Lead special projects and business process optimization initiatives.Integrate systems using REST, SOAP, JSON, and APIs.Act as a change agent for technology-driven innovation and process improvements.Minimum Qualifications:5+ years of ServiceNow development or implementation experience.Strong knowledge of web technologies including REST/SOAP APIs, HTML, and JavaScript.Experience with ITSM/ITOM.Strong ServiceNow development skills.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder alignment skills.Familiarity with ITIL, COBIT, and Agile methodologies.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.7+ years managing enterprise IT platforms (ServiceNow and/or integration platforms such as Boomi).ServiceNow certifications (Certified Application Developer, Implementation Specialist).Experience with AI/ML-driven automation and self-service solutions.Proven leadership in ServiceNow implementations and custom development.#Ind1 Read Less
