    Nursery Installer Position

    Cross Creek Nursery is seeking a driven, hard-working individual to join our Nursery Install team. A member of the Nursery Install team must be very detail oriented, organized and physically capable of meeting the demands of the position. Candidates must be able to prioritize their time, work efficiently and be open to working weekdays. It is imperative that individuals possess the highest level of customer service and base all decisions around the customer experience. Horticulture experience and plant knowledge is preferred, but not required.


    Some of the primary responsibilities include:

    Executing deliveries and plantings for the Midlothian NurseryManage themselves/their schedule to complete each job for the day in a timely mannerAdhere to the highest standards in planting and while installing material for guestsAssist in transporting inventory between Nurseries

    What You'll Do

    As a Design-Build Team Leader, you'll be responsible for leading crews that install high-quality landscape and hardscape projects throughout the Richmond area. You'll work closely with Project Managers, mentor crew members, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to Cross Creek's standards.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    Leading, coaching, and developing a Design-Build installation crewReading and implementing landscape and construction plansCoordinating materials, equipment, and subcontractorsMaintaining safe, organized, and professional job sitesBuilding strong relationships with clients, vendors, and teammatesTraining crew members and helping them advance their skillsOperating equipment safely and teaching others to do the sameKeeping projects on schedule and within budgetTaking ownership of project quality from start to finish
