Nursery Installer Position
Cross Creek Nursery is seeking a driven, hard-working individual to join our Nursery Install team. A member of the Nursery Install team must be very detail oriented, organized and physically capable of meeting the demands of the position. Candidates must be able to prioritize their time, work efficiently and be open to working weekdays. It is imperative that individuals possess the highest level of customer service and base all decisions around the customer experience. Horticulture experience and plant knowledge is preferred, but not required.

What You'll Do
As a Design-Build Team Leader, you'll be responsible for leading crews that install high-quality landscape and hardscape projects throughout the Richmond area. You'll work closely with Project Managers, mentor crew members, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to Cross Creek's standards.
