Critz Auto is seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Service Advisor to join our busy dealership. In this full-time role, you’ll serve as the communication link between our customers and service technicians—helping to identify concerns, explain repairs clearly, and ensure a smooth, exceptional experience every time. What You’ll Do
Greet customers with professionalism and care, ensuring a welcoming service experienceCommunicate vehicle concerns clearly and effectively between customers and techniciansExplain recommended services and repairs in simple, easy-to-understand termsPrepare accurate cost estimates, repair orders, and warranty documentationVerify service contract and warranty coverage for needed repairsSchedule service appointments and manage technician workflowFollow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concernsMaintain organized service records, invoices, and internal communicationsWhat We’re Looking For

Duties and Responsibilities
This is an on-call position! Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends or evenings, to accommodate business needsSafely and efficiently transport vehicles ensuring the protection and integrity of the vehicles during transitMaintain effective communication with dealership staff to coordinate vehicle pick-ups and deliveries, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfactionHandle unexpected situations such as traffic delays or vehicle breakdowns, adapting to changing circumstancesInteract professionally and courteously with customers and dealership personnelAdhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to ensure a safe driving experience and protect the vehicles being transportedRequirements and Qualifications
