Position Summary
· CRS is seeking licensed Journeyman or Master Electricians with proven generator experience for disaster response operations.
· Responsible for installing, wiring, troubleshooting, and maintaining generator systems in austere environments.
· Rapid deployment role with potential immediate wheels-up.

Key Responsibilities
· Install, wire, and commission generator systems
· Diagnose and repair generator and electrical systems
· Perform preventative maintenance and testing
· Support critical infrastructure restoration
· Collaborate with field teams and leadership
· Maintain safety and compliance standards
· Document all work performed
Required Qualifications
· Active Journeyman or Master Electrician License (in candidate’s name)
· Hands-on industrial or commercial generator experience (install, wire, diagnose)
· Field experience required - Disaster response or remote deployment experience
· Ability to deploy up to 60 days
· Valid U.S. Passport
· Ability to travel 40+ hours
· Must bring personal tools
· Must be fluent in English (both written and spoken)
Preferred Qualifications
· Up-to-date Tetanus vaccination (strongly suggested)
· Hepatitis A & B vaccinations (strongly suggested)
· Experience in extreme environments
Work Environment & Conditions
· Typhoon/hurricane impacted region
· High heat, humidity, tropical conditions
· Exposure to insects and wildlife
· Extended work hours
· Remote and austere conditions
Deployment Details
· Duration: Up to 8 weeks
· Shifts: 12+ hour shifts
· Start Date: Immediate / rapid deployment
· Travel: International (40+ hours) – Travel costs will be covered
· Compensation: Competitive (rate pending)
