Installation and Service:
Install and service products and systems at both commercial and residential customer locations.Test and troubleshoot equipment to ensure proper functionality.Follow standard operating procedures (SOP’s) and safety protocols.Customer Service:
Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner.Communicate effectively to explain installation processes and answers questions.Technical Support:
Provide technical support to customers during and after installations.Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.Training and Education:

While you’ll be traveling during working hours, you’ll be back at the dealership by the end of your day. You may be required to work in tight spaces such as crawl spaces. This role is physically demanding and requires the Technician to stand, kneel, bend, crawl, and lift heavy equipment up to 100lbs regularly.
