What You'll Do Perform preventative maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with automation, electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems. Repair or replace defective parts, components, or systems using relevant principles. Install, configure, and calibrate automation systems, including PLCs, sensors, and actuators. Conduct inspections and tests on machinery to identify potential problems proactively. Collaborate with production personnel and other maintenance team members to address issues. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including lockout/tagout and arc flash safety. Document maintenance activities using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS). What We're Looking For Proficiency with automation systems, electrical components, mechanical equipment, and hydraulic systems. Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting and welding. Knowledge of and adherence to lockout/tagout and arc flash safety protocols. Ability to read and interpret diagrams and operations manuals. Experience with preventative maintenance tasks. Familiarity with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is preferred. Understanding of hydraulics and pneumatics is preferred.
