Crew's expectations:Must be at least 18 years oldNo prior work experience is requiredWork a minimum of 20 hours per week as part-time or 30 hours per week as full-timeHave the ability to work during the hours of 7AM- 4PM in a fast-paced operations environmentBe able to stand for extended periods of time (up to 8+ hours per day)Be able to hustle with a sense of urgencyBe able to reach, twist, kneel, squat, run, and/or jumpBe able to push/pull drums and materials with the appropriate equipmentBe comfortable working near/around moving mechanical partsBe able to climb ladders, scaffolds, and platformsBe able to lift or move a minimum of 25 poundsBe able to operate and utilize electronic devicesBe able to withstand extended exposure to all weather extremes
