This role is responsible for leading a team of department managers (Restaurant Manager, Event Manager, and Nightlife/Bar Manager), ensuring operational excellence across all business units, and driving overall profitability and growth.
A key focus of this role will be the development and successful launch of a brunch program, adding a new revenue stream while maintaining brand consistency and service quality.
The General Manager will act as the senior on-site leader, aligning all departments under a unified vision, culture, and performance standard.
Leadership & Multi-Unit Oversight
Provide leadership, direction, and accountability for all department managers.Establish clear goals, KPIs, and performance expectations for each business unit.Conduct regular leadership meetings to ensure alignment across restaurant, events, and nightlife operations.Foster a strong, collaborative culture focused on excellence, guest satisfaction, and profitability.Operations Management

Own full P&L responsibility across all business units.Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.Monitor revenue streams including dining, events, nightlife, and upcoming brunch service.Implement cost control measures for labor, food, beverage, and operational expenses.Identify opportunities to increase profitability (VIP packages, bottle service, private bookings, brunch experiences, etc.).Brunch Program Development
Lead the concept development, planning, and launch of brunch service.Collaborate with culinary and bar leadership on menu design and pricing strategy.Develop staffing models and operational flow specific to brunch service.Introduce promotional strategies such as themed brunches, live entertainment, or premium packages.Monitor performance and continuously optimize for revenue and guest experience.Event & Revenue Growth Strategy
Oversee event sales strategy, pricing models, and booking processes.Ensure flawless execution of all private and corporate events.Partner with promoters, vendors, and clients to maximize event revenue.Expand event offerings to include premium and recurring experiences.Nightlife Operations Oversight
