About the Director Position The Director of the Deglman Center for Ignatian Spirituality is responsible for setting and executing a vision for the Deglman Center of Ignatian Spirituality that sustains, animates, and deepens students', faculty, staff and community members' formation in Ignatian spirituality and experiences of the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius of Loyola.
