    RoleCredo is seeking a detail-oriented Jr. AEC Planner to support our Return Material Authorization (RMA) operations through effective planning, testing coordination, and data analysis. This role combines logistics coordination with analytical problem-solving to ensure efficient processing of returned products and continuous improvement of product quality.ResponsibilitiesManaging RMA workflows to ensure timely processing of returned materials.Coordinating testing and validation of returned products to determine failure modes and compliance with quality standards.Collaborating with engineering and quality teams to analyze test results and implement corrective actions.Tracking and reporting RMA trends to improve product reliability and customer satisfaction.Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

    Basic Qualifications1+ year in fields like inventory management, production planning, or data analytics.Ability to lift and move up to 50 lb boxes on a regular basis.Ability to stand and/or sit in front of a workstation for extended periods of time.Capable of forecasting and demand planning as required.Ability to work cross-functionally with teams in engineering, operations, and logistics.

    Preferred SkillsBachelors degree in supply chain management, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field preferredExperience with data analysis tools like Python, SQL, and Excel (pivot tables, VBA, etc.) is beneficial.

    Role
    Credo is seeking a self-driven, experienced program manager to join our talented team. The ideal candidate will have proven ability to strategize and implement high-level program initiatives. This individual will manage multiple high-speed Serdes projects to ensure they align effectively with the companys mission and the programs goals.
    Core Responsibilities:Interact with customers on joint project development, responsible for SOW, project schedule management, and project status review.Lead multiple projects throughout the new product development process.Develop and monitor program schedules, identify critical paths, and take immediate actions to avoid impacts.Drive regular team meetings to review project progress and customer deliverables status; special ones to ensure a smooth transition during the project execution.Assemble teams in response to issues/risks and act on mitigation to drive successful results.Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects.Coordinate with cross-functional teams on project priorities, execution difficulties, and customer deliverables requirements.Communicate with internal and external customers on the product plan and status.Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, and timing for new initiatives.Create and improve NPD process and execution flows.Support customer and ISO quality audits.

    Qualifications:BS/MS degree in engineering.3+ years of experience in semiconductor project management or engineering leadership.Solid understanding of semiconductor product development cycles and processes.Demonstration of good strategy execution, organization, and analytical skills.Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

    Preferred Qualifications:Experience in high-speed SerDes for Ethernet and Optical.IC engineering background.Fluency in Mandarin.ISO 9000 and customer audits experience.
