Credence is actively seeking a Program Manager at the journeyman level for a full-time role based in our Warner Robins, GA office. This position supports critical Air Force intelligence missions and weapon systems at Robins AFB, augmenting existing military and civil service capabilities. Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To The Duties Listed Below Plan, draft, coordinate, track, and execute corporate processes, ensuring timely follow-up. Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve issues, provide status updates, and manage Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) deliverables and records. Prepare and coordinate briefings, documents, and presentations to maintain consistency and quality standards over time. Consolidate and analyze data from various tracking systems (travel, accountability, calendars, critical issues, suspense actions, personnel updates) to create actionable charts and facilitate senior program management meetings. Maintain and execute the proprietary operational system, ensuring compliance and accuracy. Manage and monitor internal and external suspense tasks, ensuring adherence to deadlines and required deliverables. Support planning and tracking processes related to award review boards, awards, decorations, performance reports, and personnel feedback. Train and provide guidance to staff in preparing and consolidating summary packages for routing through contractual channels and Department of Defense organizations. Prepare, coordinate, and process travel approval documents, including drafting cost estimates and travel justifications. Gather and synthesize information from various functional areas to create clear, concise reports and briefings used by leadership for decision-making and strategic discussions. Apply analytical methods to collect, evaluate, and interpret data to support Task Order Leads. Coordinate and prepare reports and presentations in compliance with statutory and regulatory guidelines. Education, Requirements and Qualifications Clearance: Secret Bachelor's Degree in a related field with at least three (3) years of relevant professional experience, including at least three (3) years within the DoD (Project Management Professional or Certified Associate in Project Management certification preferred). Credence has an immediate need for a Program Analyst in support of the Army Positioning, Navigation and Timing (PM PNT) System Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) Program at Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), Maryland. The PM PNT provides administrative, business management, programmatic contracting, information technology (IT), program management, engineering, logistics, test and evaluation (T and the Resiliency and Software Assurance Measures (RSAM), as well as any future PNT efforts in both the Contiguous United States (CONUS) and outside the contiguous United States (OCONUS). Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To The Duties Listed Below Develop, review, and provide recommendations for classified and unclassified PM PNT products including program objectives, integrated master schedules, budget requests, requirements analysis, strategies, schedules, program documentation, program briefings, business case analysis, acquisition processes. Prepare objectively based data and analysis for planning and budget related documents to evaluate and respond to issues on resourcing, costing, meeting of milestones, objectives, and to defend the programs and projects. Prepare for and attend PM PNT program meetings. Review, recommend, and update program documentation supporting the acquisition process and long-term PM PNT program planning. Develop, review, and maintain program level documentation supporting the acquisition process IAW documents required by law, regulation, directive and/or policy. Assist in the preparation of and provide recommendations to the formulation of short- and long-range program financial planning. Identify, prepare, review, and track recommended changes to PM PNT policies and procedures in the area of acquisition in order to address new or changing requirements implemented by the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) and Assistant Secretary of the Army for Acquisition, Logistics, and Technology (ASAALT). Provide updates, inputs, corrections, and schedule estimates at integrated product team (IPT) meetings and working groups in the preparation, development, analysis, review, and tracking. Plan, coordinate, organize, implement, and prepare Report, Record of Meeting / Minutes (IAW CDRL A010) for PM PNT events, as required planning, policy implementation and achievement of milestone objectives. Education, Requirements And Qualifications An active DoD Secret security clearance is required for consideration. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required. A bachelor's degree in any field with a minimum of 5 years experience or 7 years experience of equivalent Military/Government applicable operations. Must be able to interact with customers and senior leadership. Candidates must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, be detail oriented, highly motivated, quick learners, and able to function in a fast paced environment. Program Management or similar operations experience preferred. Experienced planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process, schedule, actions, and requirements. The Contractor shall develop, review, and provide recommendations to acquisition and milestone documentation in support of PM PNT product. Must have a working understanding of standard Army and ASC generated planning and execution systems. Specific systems such as cPROBE, CCAR, and GFEBS as well as Procurement Backup Book (P-Forms) and Research, Development, Test and Evaluation Descriptive Summaries (RDTE, or R-Forms).
