Credence has an immediate opening for a B-2 Systems Engineer Div (WBZ)at the principal level to support the B-2 Division who is responsible for the modernization, test, production, fielding and sustainment of B-2 aircraft and related systems. The B-2 is a high demand, low density fleet that is 20+ years old, is undergoing numerous concurrent acquisitions to solve obsolescence issues, and delivers critical aerial denial/anti-access and nuclear capabilities at Tinker AFB, OK. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below: The B-2 Systems Engineer Principal shall support the institution of a collaborative process bridging warfighter (sponsor) identified capability needs (requirements) to planning for the acquisition of materiel solutions which satisfy the need. This support shall include researching program information, providing systems engineering insight, conducting analyses, and briefing preparation. Support interfaces and processes with development planning, technology, intelligence, acquisition, sustainment, and user communities. Independently apply knowledge and experience to the scope of enterprise activities which spans requirements/acquisition and sustainment and includes understanding doctrine, assisting in identifying and defining requirements, developing horizontally integrated acquisition, sustainment, and investment strategies, integration of technologies, integration of intelligence, and development of sustainment strategies. Capability requirements and option sets will be architecture-based to ensure the necessary interoperability and appropriate linkages to other capabilities. The integrated option sets developed may cut across multiple platforms, programs, and phases as well as across multiple enterprises. Support development of strategies for crosscutting capability requirements. The Contractor shall assist with initiating, writing, reviewing, developing and implementing documentation including but not limited to TEMPs, SEPs, RFPs, SOOs, test plans, LCMP, Pre-Milestone A and Pre-Milestone B documentation as appropriate. Provide technical support to Systems Engineering Technical Reviews (SETR), including but not limited to IBR, SRR, SFR, PDR, CDR, FCA, SVR, PCA and TRRs. Support includes rigorous technical review of SETR deliverables, assessment of design maturity against satisfying SETR entrance/exit criteria, and technical recommendations to the program manager, lead engineer and chief engineer. Prepare Airworthiness Plans, Certification Basis, Compliance Reports, Military Flight Releases, and Military Type Certificates and brief Airworthiness documents through board reviews and to the Delegated Technical Authority/Technical Airworthiness Authority. Develop action plans to resolve Deficiency Reports (DRs) and brief action plans at review boards and at the MIPRB to the Chief Engineer. Develop action plans to resolve system safety risks, develop Safety Action Records (SARs), develop System Safety Risk Assessments (SSRAs) and brief action plans at review boards, System Safety Working Group (SSWG), System Safety Group (SSG) and to the Chief Engineer and System Program Manager. Develop Operational Safety, Suitability and Effectiveness (OSS&E) documents and brief OSS&E documents at review boards and to the Chief Engineer and System Program Manager. Prepare Permanent, T1, and T2 modification packages and brief through board reviews and up to the Chief Engineer and System Program Manager. Provide technical support to software reviews, including but not limited to Integrated Functional Capability (IFC) Readiness Assessments (IRAs), IFC TRRs, IFC Demos, and IFC Fielding Recommendations. Support the identification, assessment, and analysis of the future capability solution sets required to support capability requirements. These activities will be critical subject areas during reviews including but not limited to program reviews and IBRs. Assist in reviewing systems engineering initiatives brought about by policy changes to buying commercial items (such as acquisition of non-destructive inspection, commercial-off-the-shelf items, and FAA-certified items) and commercial practices (e.g., performance-based business environment). Assist in managing capability and systems engineering studies that involve multiple divisions. Assist in communicating system engineering solutions, risk analysis, and future solutions within the AFLCMC to include programs as well as MAJCOMs, other enterprises, and the Air Staff. Assist in transition of programs into and the termination of programs out of the B-2 Division for use in the field enhancing warfighter capabilities. Planning across family of systems and system of systems especially in the development of capability manager strategies (e.g. spectrum battle management and Joint All Domain Command and Control systems). Support the development, improvement, and administration technology processes to include applied technology councils, small business innovative research, and/or other initiatives to identify, assess, and submit proposals to the technology community to pursue further. Assist with reviewing planning documents (e.g., Mission Need Statement, Operational Requirements Document, ICD, CDD, or CPD) for realistic industrial base execution. The Contractor shall assist in promoting the use of MS&A throughout the acquisition life cycle process and foster the development and maintenance of common use M&SA tools useful to the Government and industry. Shall assist in integration of intelligence information and infrastructure to ensure cross-enterprise capabilities planning and system acquisition. Provide a wide range of recommended solution sets for capabilities integration planning. The Contractor shall organize large and small group briefings for discussions gaining cross Divisional engineering expertise. Requirements Education, Requirements and Qualifications: Must have a Top-Secret clearance with the ability to be read onto SCI. ABET accredited Master’s or Doctoral Degree in a related field and a minimum of twenty (20) years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, at least twelve (12) years of which must be in the DoW/DoD; OR ABET accredited Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and a minimum of twenty-five (25) years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, at least fifteen (15) years of which must be in the DoW/DoD; Personnel fulfilling the identified requirement positions shall possess a current collateral Secret or Top-Secret clearance as specified in the DD Form 254 for this task order, the LOE Matrix, and the PWS for WBN, WBD, WAO, WAX, WAV, WBZ, OZJ, AF/IO, and JPO support unless otherwise stated. Credence has an immediate opening for an Operations Management (Special Projects & Manpower) at the senior level to support the Operations Management (OM) Division (AFLCMC/WAO/WBO) provides support to both PEOs for the F&AA and WB Directorates under the umbrella of organize, train, and equip, providing a direct link between the Directorates with HQ AFLCMC, HQ AFMC, and installations at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, OH. This support includes administrative functions such as freedom of information act, records management, training, awards and decorations, as well as oversight for Management Information Systems (MIS) and Information Technology (IT), and Automated Data Processing Equipment (ADPE) inventory. Additionally, the division provides direct facility support and human resource management for both Directorates. The division serves as the senior functional for all non-functionally aligned resources owned by both the F&AA and WB Directorates. Assist in the design, planning, execution, analysis, and reporting phases of T&E programs to assess the performance of aeronautical systems, subsystems, and equipment as they progress through acquisition phases and milestones. Assist in reviewing, developing, and updating program documentation for T&E management requirements, including pre-award documentation, evaluation criteria, proposal evaluations, post-award documentation, and presentation materials. Perform advisory and support functions for weapon system contractor source selections on T&E management-related requirements and support project team meetings, working groups, reviews, ITT activities, and coordination with test organizations. Assist with preparing, maintaining, updating, and reviewing test and test-related documentation, including the TEMP, Integrated System Test Plan, ITT Charter, PID, SOC, test plans, and test reports. Monitor, assess status, and report on T&E efforts for systems at Contractor and Government facilities; assist in certification of system readiness for operational test and participate in team and functional meetings. Provide recommendations on data processing, software, analysis considerations, detailed test plans, schedules, cost, POM inputs, and funds execution and management for test activities. Assist the Government in determining the capability and availability of major DoD and civilian test resources and facilities and support scheduling and securing required test resources. Support DR prioritization, tracking, and resolution, and ensure current and future test requirements are considered in CCBs, engineering technical review boards, PSRs, PCBs, and other applicable meetings. Provide on-site test facility improvement recommendations and apply working knowledge of data analysis using modeling and simulation techniques, computer simulations, or other methods. Assist in reviewing, analyzing, and resolving equipment interface issues; support aircraft configuration requirements; and review potential updates to TOs, TCTOs, drawings, Engineering Change Orders, and other technical data. Support engineering studies, test procedures, repair capabilities, maintenance or inspection requirements, and data analysis using sources such as REMIS and the Integrated Maintenance Data System. Evaluate levels of effort, resources, and integration required to develop executable T&E programs and support major program reviews, inspections, conferences, TPWGs, independent reviews, program evaluations, ITTs, TRRs, and milestone events. Perform research activities to define minimum test requirements, task scope, and alternatives; analyze test strategies and assist in interpreting, organizing, executing, and coordinating assignments involving unique or complex test requirements. Act as the interface between the prime contractor and the Government on issues pertaining to aircraft modernization installs. Assist the interoperability team in monitoring and coordinating logistics for aircraft modernization installs at WAFB with the prime contractor, B-2 SPO production/modification integrated product team, logistics leads, and modification leads. Support kit inspections, TCTO verifications, installation progress reports, status updates, cannibalization requests, depot field team repair scheduling, and modification actions at WAFB. Assist in coordinating maintenance actions with the 509th Bomb Wing, Air Force Global Strike, B-2 SPO, and prime weapon system contractor technical service office. Assist in preparing and coordinating requests for depot assistance, including AFTO-107 requests and MOAs. Credence has an immediate opening for an Administrative Support Specialist at the Senior level supporting AFLCMC/WAX at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. The Plans and Programs Division supports the modernization and sustainment of Fighter and Advanced Aircraft (F&AA) capabilities for the U.S. Air Force and coalition partners. The division manages capability planning, technology integration, program oversight, and cross-functional processes—including airworthiness, configuration management, system safety, and cybersecurity—from concept through fielding. It also develops future capability roadmaps in collaboration with Air Force Major Commands (MAJCOMs) and other key stakeholders. The Administrative Support shall assist in performing a wide range of support activities including, but not limited to: working with functional managers, outside agencies, Contractor personnel, and program office customers concerning preparation of technical material, management presentations and other material in support of meetings, minutes, agendas, and compilation of briefings; gathering a variety of program information; assisting in pre-acquisition and acquisition strategy planning and implementation; assisting in the development of executive documentation; assisting in the development of milestone planning, tracking, scheduling, briefing preparation, staff coordination and decision documentation preparation; implementing documentation reviews. The Contractor shall support the planning, formulation, editing, development, coordination and publication of finished products, e.g., program documentation, plans, directives, reports, briefings and other presentations, as required (technical and non-technical; classified and unclassified) in the media and format requested, ensuring compliance with AECA, DoD policies and other Government official correspondence guidance. Support Government leadership and other office personnel by maintaining Outlook calendars and schedules of leadership personnel within the organization to maintain accuracy and facilitate office operations. The Contractor shall answer and make telephone calls, conveying messages for Government personnel. Assist in generating and implementing procedures for typing, filing, copying, paper shredding, destruction of sensitive data, and control of documentation, correspondence and action items. The Contractor shall assist in reviewing documents for accuracy of data, procedure compliance and error-free documentation of sensitive data and control of documentation, correspondence and action items. Assist in the use of computer applications (Microsoft office software suite) to produce databases, spreadsheets, graphics and other specialized products and facilitate the use of standardized automated forms such as organizational charts; pyramid alert/recall and shelter-in-place rosters; travel orders; performance reports i.e. Officer Performance Reports (OPRs) and Enlisted Performance Reports (EPRs), civilian and military awards, materials procurement, maintenance and disposition, as well as other periodic or ad-hoc reports. Provide support to the VTC manager, assist with VTC bridge scheduling and VTC connectivity and interface with VTC maintenance contractor. The Contractor shall plan and coordinate meetings to include VTC and room set-up, ensuring sufficient seating, name placards, and other duties as needed. The Contractor shall provide support for internal and external briefings and reports by providing expert knowledge and capability in the use of personal computers and operating systems to produce visual aids (slides, view-graphs, briefing charts and other graphics) using appropriate software applications and SharePoint. The Contractor shall assist in improving internal management processes by proposing and/or implementing improvements to visual, computer-based communications used by the program office to manage its critical processes. Assist with monitoring, opening, and closing conference rooms. The Contractor shall assist with coordination and set-up of conference rooms to include conference room scheduling, cancellations, and appropriate VTC scheduling or telecom. Assist in tracking office supplies and ensuring adequate levels of consumable items needed for presentation/graphics. Shall assist divisional focal points with semi-annual self-inspections processes. The Contractor shall assist the SIP administrator of the MICT. Duties include, but are not limited to: assigning checklist permissions, loading checklists in MICT, assisting checklist POCs with resolving administrative issues within the toolset, distributing SIP information to checklist POCs and managers, and assisting in developing and maintaining of a tracking system for deficiency identification, corrective actions, and closeout. Serve as the Enterprise Information Management (EIM) SharePoint and Wright-Patterson Electronic Records Management (WPERM) records custodian. The Contractor shall assist in maintaining official file plans with the use of the AFRIMS or other appropriate information management systems. Maintain and distribute emergency management procedures. The Contractor shall update the EIM SharePoint site with correspondence guidance and other information. The Contractor shall be knowledgeable, experienced with DTS and shall remain current on all DTS changes. The Contractor shall update and train all travelers on the usage of DTS. The Contractor shall assist Government travelers with travel orders and vouchers for CONUS and OCONUS travel. The Contractor shall report any unsolved issues to the DTMO Travel Assistance Center through the DTMO Passport/Travel Explorer for closure. The Contractor shall assist in maintaining and creating member travel authorizations, orders, and vouchers as required. Assist in performing workflow management functions as needed to ensure timely F/B Directorate response to internal and external suspenses and taskings. For engineering positions, must have successfully completed an undergraduate degree with a major in engineering from a college or university with an Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET) accredited engineering program for the degree requirements of the position, such as electrical, mechanical, or aerospace engineering. Degrees in engineering technology are not considered qualifying for these positions. The degree must have been received in the year of, or any year after, the original date of accreditation. Master’s or Doctoral Degree in a related field and a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, at least five (5) of which must be in the DoD OR, Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and a minimum of twelve (12) years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, five (5) of which must be in the DoD OR, a minimum of fifteen (15) years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the PWS labor category performance requirements, eight (8) of which must be in the DoD. In addition to PWS Paragraphs 3.1.1 and 3.3.1, recommend an ABET-accredited degree in electrical engineering. Recommend a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in fighter aircraft avionics engineering. Recommend experience with U.S. and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) military aircraft Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) and alternate PNT solutions. Recommend experience with Open Systems Architecture (OSA) standards.
