Credence has an immediate need for an Industrial Security Manager at the senior level in support of the Integrated Development Office (IDO) at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH.
The Integrated Development Office (IDO) is responsible for defining and overseeing early systems acquisition prototyping, experimentation, and mission engineering, executing enterprise-focused and integrated early systems engineering and systems acquisition.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below
The Industrial Security Manager will work to develop, implement, and enforce security policies and procedures, as well as manage a team of security personnel to prevent and respond to security threats and incidents.The Industrial Security Manager will have a deep expertise in the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) and all aspects of DD Form 254s.Program security management - working with Government and program prime and subcontractor personnel to create a secure environment through development of sound security practices and policies regarding acquisition, physical, personnel, and documentation security.Updating security classification guides and preparing system security documents. Reviewing weapon system contractor deliverables. Evaluating program security information and hardware throughout the program life cycle (to include studies, analyses, plans, procedures, production, test plans/results, transportation, technology, and storage of end items). Support the execution of all aspects of acquisition program security throughout a program’s life cycle. Apply knowledge and experience in acquisition program security management to develop and enforce sound security practices and policies regarding acquisition, physical, personnel, and documentation security. Plan and implement security-related surveys, assessments, and studies as needed. Develop and update security classification guides, system security management plans, Program Protection Plans (PPP), security risk analyses, OPSEC plans, security vulnerability and countermeasures analyses, security CONOPS, and other system security engineering-related documents identified in Military Standard (MIL-STD) 1785, DoDI 5000.2, Air Force Supplement 1, and DoDI 8510.01. Prepare acquisition security related sections of acquisition program documentation. Review and evaluate weapon system contractor documentation and software / hardware deliverables and Government-prepared documentation for compliance with contract terms and applicable Government laws, regulations, instructions, and guidance—including but not limited to studies, analyses, plans, procedures, production, test plans/results, transportation, technology, and storage of end items. Evaluate weapon system contractor classified data submittal for compliance with the appropriate security classification/declassification guides. Maintain databases that reflect receipt, storage, inventory, and disposition of classified information to include data entry, updates, and generation of reports. Perform inspection, inventory, logging, storage, documentation, transmittal, and internal distribution of classified information received. Participate in audits of Government classified holdings to ensure proper accountability. Maintain databases of classified visits and clearance levels. Inspect and protect areas where classified information is being stored and designing and establishing security procedures and policies. Develop and provide security awareness and other security education programs. Develop, implement and maintain a COMSEC program. Provide security support to source selections.In addition, this Security Manager should have experience with:
DD 254 Expertise: A core responsibility will be ensuring the accuracy and completeness of DD 254s, capturing all classified program requirements by working closely with Program Managers (PMs) and Engineers.Contractual Understanding: The ideal candidate possesses intricate knowledge of the contracting process and how the DD 254 integrates into that overall framework. This includes understanding the implications for classified contracts.SAP/SCI Support: Experience with Special Access Programs (SAP) and Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) elements is essential. The Air Force Program Executive Officer (PEO) for Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance (ISR) and Special Operations Forces (SOF) (AFPEO/WI) has the collective Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) mission responsibility for equipping our war-fighters to win the fight.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below
Department of Defense Directive (DoDD) 5000.1 and DoDD 5000.2R as well as the policies and processes of Headquarters (HQ) AFMC and AFLCMC Engineering Directorate to all SOF acquisition engineering tasks. Provide advisory assistance and draft documentation support for the development, deployment and maintenance technical requirements associated with propulsion system development and sustainment.Assist in providing systems and subsystems engineering, technical guidance, and support to design, develop, manufacture, integrate, test, and deploy electronic sensors, aircraft signature reduction technology, and defensive avionics for airborne weapon systems to ensure total weapon system compatibility with the electromagnetic environment and to ensure aircraft survivability.Provide advisory assistance and draft documentation support for translating DoD user requirements into system requirements for Government consideration.Provide advisory assistance and draft documentation support by performing technical/mission analyses of operational requirements.Assist in reviewing the overall system design baseline, including but not limited to architecture and interoperability requirements. Communicate potential risks, issues, and recommendations to the Government for consideration.Assist in the review of specifications including, but not limited to, system, system segment, equipment, and Interface Control Documents (ICDs), that are submitted by the weapon system contractor or other DoD agencies involved in the program.Provide advisory assistance and draft documentation (to include DoD Architecture Framework Products and Information Support Plans) by conducting systems analyses to include, but not limited to, system design/design feasibility, state-of-the-art assessments in support of program, technical, and Milestone reviews.Provide advisory support by reviewing user requirements and priorities for SOF programs and provide cost/benefit assessments of user requirements to support CDD and CPD scope.Provide advisory assistance in review of available data on all the on-going and planned modification projects.Assist in performing analysis designed to ensure Operational Safety, Suitability and Effectiveness (OSS&E) of all supported weapons systems. The Contractor will communicate potential risks, issues, and recommendations to the Government for consideration.Provide advisory assistance and draft documentation support by evaluating program technical risk and OSS&E, establishing risk mitigation plans, and overseeing program technical risk reduction efforts.Support and participate in TIMs, design reviews, configuration review boards, computer resources working groups, interoperability working groups, and interface control working groups program reviews. Provide advisory assistance and draft documentation support for developing summary information on the activities, action items, conclusions and recommendations related to meetings and reviews.Provide advisory assistance and draft documentation support for the preparation of briefings. Documentation support will include compiling and organizing background information, preparing draft briefings, and talking papers, and providing backup documentation as required. Provide advisory assistance and draft documentation in support of weapon system contractor source selections, to include the development of the Acquisition Strategy Plans (ASPs), Instructions to Offerors (ITOs), and technical evaluation criteria.Assist with developing and documenting recommended engineering inputs for PWSs, RFPs and CDRLs for assigned programs.Support the Government in developing and maintaining requirements using tools such as the Dynamic Object Oriented Requirements System (DOORS) and a baseline architecture model using tools such as IBM Rational System Architect (RSA) and will assist in developing courses of action and architecture products to support decision making.Assist with providing avionics integration support and technical direction in the areas of: requirements generation, systems design and integration, development, modification, test, production, sustainment, deployment, operations, and disposal as required regarding Communication, Navigation, Surveillance Air Traffic Management (CNS/ATM) systems.Provide Communication, Navigation, Identification (CNI) expertise and assist as a focal point and technical manager on Navigation system developments. Work closely with USAF CNS/ATM agencies, i.e., AFLCMC/HBA Air Traffic Services (ATS), to assist in the generation of performance matrices, verification methodologies, data collection and Performance Assessment (PA) generation to certify required capabilities for civil airspace (National Airspace System (NAS) and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) requirements).Assist with providing navigation databases expertise and development technical management, to include (at minimum): World Wide Navigation Database, terrain avoidance databases, and loading/mission planning equipment. The Contractor will possess knowledge of the development, testing, and certification process as well as the external suppliers/agencies and products involved, including but not limited to Flight Management System suppliers, National Geospatial-intelligence Agency (NGA), AFLCMC/HBM Air Mission Planning Division, Digital Aeronautical Flight Information File, JEPPESEN and Avionics Weapon Electronics.Assist the Government by providing knowledge and guidance and producing artifacts to support systems integration; OSS airworthiness certification per the latest version of MIL-HDBK-516; safety per MIL-STD-882; and DAFI 63-1201 Life Cycle Systems Engineering.Requirements

Credence has an immediate need for a Weapon Systems Expert in support of the Cyber Resiliency Office for Weapon Systems (CROWS) at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH.
The Assistant Secretary of Air Force for Acquisition (SAF/AQ) and Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) stood up the Cyber Resiliency Office for Weapon Systems (CROWS) under Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) to be the dedicated office to increase cyber resiliency of Air Force (AF) weapon systems and to maintain mission effective capability under adverse conditions. CROWS is organizationally located under AFLCMC/EN-EZ with mission responsibility for ‘baking in’ cyber resiliency into new weapon systems and mitigation of ‘critical’ vulnerabilities in fielded weapon systems.

Credence has an upcoming need for a GEOINT Radar/Manufacturing Engineer who will be primarily responsible for supporting the Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance / Special Operation Forces (ISR/SOF) Directorate at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, OH.
The Air Force Program Executive Officer (PEO) for Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance (ISR) and Special Operations Forces (SOF) (AFPEO/WI) has the collective Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) mission responsibility for equipping our war-fighters to win the fight.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below
Provide test and evaluation support for the GEOINT systems. Provide expertise necessary to assist in the designing, planning, execution, analysis, and reporting phases of test and evaluation programs (including any applicable FAA and airworthiness certifications and procedures) to assess the performance of aeronautical systems, subsystems, and equipment, as they progress through the various acquisition phases/milestones. Assist with preparing, maintaining, updating, and reviewing the full range of test and test-related documentation (such as Test and Evaluation Master Plans, Integrated Test Team Charters, Lead Developmental Test Organization designation memos, DAFMAN 63-119 Test Readiness, etc.) for adequacy, specification/ performance requirement compliance, conformity with mandatory guidance, and providing recommendations as necessary for improvement. Assist to evaluate program technical risk, establish risk mitigation plans, and participate in and/or support oversight of program technical risk reduction efforts as related to test and evaluation.Assist in cost-effective test engineering, planning and execution based on prime contractor/user-provided requirements. Assist with maintaining and submitting annual Program Introduction Documents (PIDs) to test organizations and review and provide feedback on SOCs delivered by test organizations for support of GEOINT testing. Provide recommendations on integrated data processing, software, and analysis considerations.Participate in integrated test teams, test readiness reviews and other test related program events as necessary. Advise on the adequacy of the program’s prime contractor data analysis performed as a result of test flights. Assist with performing data analysis using modeling and simulation techniques, models, computer simulations, or other tools/methods as necessary.Support AF acquisition management, C4ISR systems, and systems integration management experience solving organizational, communications and program execution issues.Apply program management/system engineering experience focused on cutting edge technology transition planning for a programmable C4ISR multi-mission, multi-service system that can simultaneously conduct communication relay and translation, GEOINT, EW and information operations. The Contractor will present creative solutions to service organizations that are locked into multi-year schedules and systems.Requirements
