    Summary:

    The Account Manager is responsible for managing all account and project activity within assigned accounts and will be the clients’ key contact for all day-to-day business. In most accounts, there will be an Account Executive (AE) who will team with the Account Manager (AM). The AE's role will be to secure both product and service contracts, assist with strategic and tactical issues, and provide a leadership role on all major new business initiatives.

    Responsibilities and Duties:

    Market and promote all of Creative Office Resources products and servicesCoordinate appropriate resources to establish, maintain, and enhance our position within assigned accountsRespond quickly and professionally to clients’ needs while adhering to established procedures for conducting business within Creative Office ResourcesDevelop a Business Plan based on anticipated business for all assigned accountsInitiate and maintain Account Profile for all key accountsRegularly meet with your Account Executive to review the status of each accountProvide AE with detailed status reports from customer service on all account activity, including all open orders, proposals, and projectsKeep AE informed of any problems or unresolved issues, changes in personnel, product standards, or competitive initiativesAttend all sales and team meetingsParticipate in all relevant training opportunitiesSubmit all requested information in the time designatedOther duties as required

    Required Education, Skills, and Experience:

    This position is responsible for ensuring that all projects meet client expectations, provide support to sales and design, coordinate all activity including but not limited to; construction meetings, field dimensioning/layout, pre order prep, submittal and order entry reviews, scheduling, installation coordination, including all subcontractors to make certain that the project is completed on time and to the budget quoted, act as a liaison for the project’s entirety with sales, client, internal operational departments and external vendors including manufacturers, required to follow up on all punch list issues and processing of all project closeout requirements.

    Responsibilities and Duties:
