We are hiring Construction Laborers with experience or interest in a variety of skilled trades including framing, electrical, plumbing, finish work, roofing, and modular assembly.

What You’ll Do
• Assist in the construction and assembly of commercial modular buildings
• Perform work related to framing, electrical, plumbing, interior finish, exterior finish, roofing, or general assembly
• Read and follow blueprints, layouts, and build specifications
• Install construction materials, fixtures, components, and systems
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment safely and effectively
• Maintain quality standards throughout the production process
• Follow OSHA safety procedures and company policies
• Work collaboratively with multiple departments and trade teams

• Metal stud framing
• Commercial electrical installation
• Commercial plumbing systems
• Interior finish and trim work
• Exterior siding, windows, and doors
• TPO or metal roofing systems
• Modular assembly and multi-trade production work
What We’re Looking For
• Construction, manufacturing, or skilled trades experience preferred
• Experience in commercial, residential, or modular construction is a plus
• Ability to read blueprints or construction drawings preferred
• Comfortable working with tools and production equipment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Team-oriented attitude with attention to detail and safety
• Willingness to learn and cross-train across departments
CMC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Draftsman to join our team. This position plays a critical role in supporting fabrication and production operations through drafting, project coordination, and technical development. The ideal candidate will be proficient in AutoCAD, organized, collaborative, and eager to contribute within a fast-paced manufacturing and construction environment.
What You’ll Do
Develop submittals for client approval in accordance with project contract scopeCreate CAD drawings and electronic files for CNC fabricationAssist with estimating takeoffs, mockup development, quality analysis, quality control, and value engineering effortsMaintain project schedules, documents, data, and organized project filesAssist in the preparation of architectural drawings for various building materials and systemsWork collaboratively with project managers, estimators, operations teams, and fabrication personnelAttend scheduled project management, estimating, and operations meetings as requestedSupport development of new ideas, products, and process improvementsWhat We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing high-quality products and materials at competitive prices to support our operational and production needs. You will play a key role in managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the timely delivery of goods.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with internal departments to understand procurement needs and material specificationsMonitor inventory stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of necessary suppliesResearch vendors and identify new or more cost-effective suppliersPlace and track orders while maintaining accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier detailsHelp resolve any issues related to delayed shipments, damaged goods, or invoice discrepanciesCoordinate with the warehouse and production teams to ensure materials are on-hand ahead of demandSupport inventory system updates and purchasing process improvements
