Creative Interventions is continuing to grow! We are seeking a Developmental Therapist (DT) to join our Birth to Three early intervention team and help support infants, toddlers, and families during the most important years of development.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct developmental and standardized assessments
Develop and implement IFSP-based strategies
Coach families within everyday routines
Serve as Service Coordinator and collaborate with community partners
Recommend environmental and assistive technology supports
Maintain accurate documentation and billing
Participate in team meetings, trainings, and supervision
Required Qualifications
CT State Department of Education certification in one of the following:
#112 Birth–Kindergarten
#113 Nursery–Grade 3
#065 or #165 Comprehensive Special Education
