Responsibilities
Offer the most personalized group fitness training experience available
Lead pre-designed group training sessions and Eat The Frog Fitness Assessments of groups up to 24 members
Ability to modify exercises to accommodate various fitness levels and injuries
Educate members on the Eat The Frog Fitness® VIP Training System
Participate in staff meetings and educational presentations
Help build Eat The Frog Fitness attendance
Assist with Eat The Frog Fitness studio tours and sales
Complete the studio cleaning checklist during shift
Qualifications
CPR/AED certified
Bachelor’s degree in fitness related field - OR -
National training certification from an Eat The Frog Fitness approved program (ACE, NSCA, NASM, ACSM, AFAA, AFPA, NFPT, NESTA, NETA, NCCPT, NCSF, ISSA, & NFPT) .
At least 3 years of experience teaching groups or personal training in the fitness industry
Experience with TRX Suspension Training, Spin, and Indoor Rowing
Must be able to safely lift and move up to 55lbs
