    Job Purpose:
    - The Construction Manager at CREATIVE ENVIRONMENTS DSN & LDSCP INC is responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction projects from inception to completion. This role ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

    Key Responsibilities:
    - Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
    - Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists to ensure project specifications are met.
    - Manage and lead construction teams, providing guidance and support to achieve project goals.
    - Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
    - Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
    - Prepare and present project reports to senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions.
    - Oversee procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
    - Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth project execution.
    - Ensure all construction activities comply with legal requirements and company policies.
    - Continuously evaluate and implement best practices to improve construction processes and outcomes.

    Required Education:
    - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

    Required Experience:
    - Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management or a related field.
    - Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from inception to completion.
    - Experience in landscape design and implementation is highly desirable.
    - Demonstrated experience in budget management and cost control.
    - Experience in coordinating with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists.

    Required Skills and Abilities:
    - Strong leadership and team management skills.
    - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
