As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. You will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Responsibilities:
Manage jobs assigned to you with the primary goals of (1) staying on schedule (2) finishing within budget and (3) maximizing customer satisfactionPreview jobs prior to the pre-site visit, addressing any details that may cause a concern during the projectAttend pre-site visits, (1) setting expectations with clients on CCFF processes, (2) confirming the scope of work and (3) measuring, if applicableAfter the pre-site, make necessary adjustments to the job sheets including (1) updating the scope of work and (2) verifying materials neededCommunicate with all clients via JobTread, (1) providing the project start date and instructions on how to prepare for our arrival and (2) daily project updates including contractor arrival timesEnsure contractors and trades are well-versed in the project and have the necessary information and materials to succeedResolve client and / or contractor grievances in a timely manner by providing solutions to any problems or questions that arise during the projectRequest sign-offs for clients during the different phases of the project, uploading to JobTread and notifying the invoicing departmentReview each completed project in efforts to improve for the next projectResponsible for uploading pictures and descriptive daily logs on all projects dailyCompensation: $60,000 - $70,000 (Base + Commission, Dependent on experience)

As a Carpenter at CCFF, you will be responsible for meeting the following job requirements:
Job Responsibilities:
Attends pre-site measures, providing detailed build sheets and confirming CADs as neededAssist with producing, assembling and installing cabinetry, doors, drawers, panels, moldings, hinges & rails, hardware and any other cabinet-related or carpentry-related accessoriesVerifies dimensions and checks the quality or fit of pieces to ensure specifications are metAssist in starting carpentry installs, going over the scope of work and expectations onsite with carpenters or subcontractorsProvides field support on adjustments, punch list and warranty items (ex: hinge & rail adjustments, touch ups, carpentry modifications, etc.Setting up, operating, and maintaining all relevant tools and machinesCleaning and arranging the work area after the construction or repair work is completeProvides updates from job sites and upcoming jobs via daily logs and tracks time accuratelyJob Qualifications:
Carpentry Experience: 2 - 3 years (required).Cabinet Fabrication & Installation: 2 - 3 years of related experience (in a real life setting or educational setting)Skills:
Good understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of cabinet assembly and installation.Extensive knowledge of power tools.Ability to accurately use measuring devices.Ability to read and understand job instructions.Ability to read CADs and translate them into fabricated products.Good verbal and written communication skills.Must be a team-oriented individual with a willingness to learn.Physical Demands:
