    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree or appropriate insurance designation.Three years of experience of wholesale insurance experience or its equivalent.Must be licensed in corresponding areas of insurance.Must be able to understand and analyze necessary components of insurance policies.Ability to understand the client's needs and have knowledge of the risk profiles associated.Ability to review information, make decisions and manage time effectively.Recognize new trends and developments in the insurance industry and be able to incorporate that into your strategy.Ability to develop, foster, and maintain an excellent working relationship with agencies.Leadership and team playing skills.Must possess and maintain current knowledge of the insurance industry.Excellent written and verbal skills.Ability to work extended hours when necessary.Maintain travel schedule depending on the needs of clients, Agents, and new business.

    The annual base salary for this position is $95,000.00 - $110,000.00.

    Provides support to Brokers, Underwriters or Team Leaders regarding all policies and/or key accounts. Partners with Broker to solicit, promote, sell, quote, and maintain renewals from existing agents as well as support new business.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    Life and Health License required.
